“Great selection and affordable prices. Customer service is top tier! She explained everything to me about the warranty and pricing. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They do offer delivery and installation but I don’t live in Fayetteville, so they helped load it up and took it myself back home. They did let me know that if I had any issues I could bring it back in no problem. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Don in appliances was amazing today. We moved from Minnesota to the area and needed a Fridge and washer and dryer. Luckily Don was the one available to help us and he is VERY knowledgeable. I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! I had 2 narrowed down and we'd be at one and he'd be telling me how this one was different etc. he was so polite, so knowledgeable and friendly. He got our fridge, washer and dryer ordered and it would be delivered in 12 days which we thought was great. EVERYONE of my questions I had asked he knew right away. Even gave us a few tips. Would HIGHLY recommend Don in the appliance area. We will be back if we ever need more house appliances. And wow we got some amazing deals!!”

“Cashwell’s is well known around these parts for appliance parts. This is the second time I’ve have a range burner go out. The first time was at least a decade ago, back then it was easy peasy, the part was in stock and it was an easy plug and play. This time my part (radiant burner, a little more complex) was on backorder everywhere. Allen went above and beyond to locate the part outside of his suppliers. You don’t find businesses like this too often anymore. Shop local!”

She apologized for what I dealt with and asked me to hold on explain to me what she was going to do how long it would take if she would get an answer she came back quicker than I thought and the good thing was the product was in stock. Thank you, Ariel For the excellent customer service. I was dreading the 30 minute drive, especially if it had been a waste of time.”

“I wish I could give 3.5 stars is what I would give Chubs with the possibility of it being 5 stars as long as my refrigerator doesn’t break within 2-5 years which I will happily change to if I haven’t gotten any complaints from my tenant. I know they have a 6 month warranty though I don’t want to be changing my fridge every six months.
Pros: affordable nice staff delivery and hallway let me choose the fridge I wanted all in the same price range
Cons: when the tenant received the refrigerator I received pictures that is was dirty
Updated: received a notice from the property manager that fridge was leaking. They where able to send someone to look at the leak today so I will change my rating from 3 to 4 stars for honoring the 6 month warranty.”
