They are basically stealing $350 dollars from me for some furniture I never received will not provide a refund I tried to dispute threw my bank they lied to them about some b******* a** no refund policy that is no we're on any paperwork I have or it told to me the front desk lady was rude a** hell and does like to rely messages to the manager so you can get a call back when they come In DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR MONEY STOLEN TOO!!!!! They are crooks and con artist a greedy a** company and the furniture is cheap the parts of the furniture I did get delivered I had to replace it and I just had only had it no more than 2-3 month never will refer any one here again or shop here again I should have just with my first instinct and went with another furniture store......

If I could choose zero Stars I would. My friend has never done a Yelp review so I said I would write this review since I have been beside her during this whole process during her couch purchase. She called on June 15to JR Furniture locally in Fayetteville, NC, and asked if they would price match their online offer for a sectional couch with chaise, they tried lowering with discounts but did not match so my friend ordered online from their JR Furniture online site to get the lower price. Once ordered she called the next day and asked for her email confirmation because she never received one, Joe stated she should receive that email within 24 hrs and her couch should arrive by July 19, she called JRF on July 19 and spoke to Sara who stated she helps with online ordering and told my friend that the order would be ready by July 31st because pieces of the couch were missing and offered her a set of sheets to compensate because she was adamant to speak to the owner and they said they would have him call. As of July 30, he still had not called. My friend called today, July 30 to make sure the couch will be delivered tomorrow July 31 and another excuse was given that the couch would not be delivered until Sept 7, my friend asked to speak to the owner, Sara got an attitude and then hung up on my friend She had asked to speak to the owner, and again was told was on vacation. My friend called back and Joe, the "store manager" answered the phone, was giving excuses about the online department being the problem and that was the issue because my friend bought the couch online and not in store like the online department was from another country or state when they are working side by side. There was never a resolution, my friend was never rude or argumentative until the end throughout this whole ordeal. Joe could never make a decision and make it right, never offered a way to make it right. My friend had to dispute it with her bank to get a refund because they would not give her a refund and kept directing her online when she never received an email from the beginning. SO DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JR FURNITURE EVER!!

If you order from there expect it to come 2 months later. I ordered a chair and a half with an ottoman and it took about a month to arrive. Chair arrived but no ottoman. Then had to wait another month and did not come when they said it would come.

WARNING! MY boyfriend bought furniture for our appartment and we only received part of it. It was in the being in of CoVid 5/2020. They said we have everything but some of it is in warehouse/ storage and it make take a month or two. Depends on the color and item. We understood and complied with it. However, select furniture pieces have not been delivered in 7 MONTHS. We call and they say, " yah we got it coming. It's in the warehouse/storage. We are on back order." However, we hear nothing from them for months. We have tried multiple times and still no results. Not even a, "listen we apologize bear with us. Covid has hit us hard we are trying." Nothing. I understand that but we ask about it and there is no follow through. My family has bought from them before. So when I suggested to my boyfriend J.R's I was not suspecting this. We went to the one on Clinton Rd.

My husband and I went to JR furniture in April 2020. We were looking for a queen size mattress, we worked with Joe and we walked out with sectional couch, queen mattress, and kitchen table with chairs. Joe is very knowledgeable, friendly, and very sociable. He may it very easy to make the purchase. We also received our furniture that next week. To this date we are still enjoying our furniture. It is made with great quality. We will be back to purchase more in our future. Everyone go see Joe!!

I recently bought an ottoman at Jr furniture and I couldn’t be happier with it! It was set to be at the store in December but the kind guy told us it was in stock at the warehouse and we were able to get it the same day!

I ordered my new couch and love seat August 13, 2020. I was told that because I didn't want the one already on the floor, for hygienic reasons, that they could order it and it would take 2 weeks to come in. 3 at the most. I specifically said I would need it Sept 10. And was assured that it would definitely be there in time. I haven't heard anything from them so I called today to make sure everything was good to go. I am now being informed that it will not arrive until at least Sept 21. I asked as a goodwill offering that they then deliver the couch at their expense ($99) since no one informed me of any of this and they declined saying they would discount delivery to $60. I already have helpers and a truck all lined up for tomorrow for something I was guaranteed would be available . I'm already stressed out about moving and this happens. I then asked for a refund so I could go purchase something somewhere else so I'm not without furniture for a week and half and they said their policy is no refunds. So while I still have a whole bedroom and dining room to furnish, I will definitely not be giving them anymore business. To top it off, after I voiced my frustrations they hung up on me. The set I ordered was in stock through an online retailer and I could've gone to any major retailer in the area but chose to support a local business and this is what happens. Poor customer service and broken guarantees. And now I see that their BBB rating is F. Wish I knew that sooner.

I came in to Jr Furniture on the Murchison Rd and worked with Edward. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. He gave me enough space to look on my own but was also neat by when I was ready. I’m about to close on a house so I didn’t make a purchase yet but when I’m ready I will definitely be working with Edward. If you’re in the market for furniture go see Ed. He is very low pressure and that’s what I like.

Hi, I had a wonderful experience here, joe was so helpful and kind and helped me find the sectional I needed at a great price, he put me in one that was super comfy and reliable and made sure I was happy with my purchase before any paperwork was done. My husband and I were desperate for new living room furniture. We quickly discovered to get furniture shipped/delivered in a timely manner amongst covid-19 seemed nearly impossible, but Joe came back after being out for a few weeks and worked with us to make sure that we had our furniture that was ordered just over a month ago before the end of the week. Would highly recommend asking for Joe at Clinton Rd J&R furniture if you are looking for a great deal and great customer service!

I purchased furniture from the Clinton Rd location recently, the guy there does a good job as a salesman; he knows what they have & there’s no pressure to buy anything, he just lacks in communication. I had to call to make sure everything would be delivered on time & if i didn’t i would’ve been surprised when 2 things didn’t come. The company as a whole needs to tweak their service. My bed rails got damaged 30 min before delivery all of a sudden, delivery drivers seriously lack professionalism, & dates never add up. Once again it’s the company’s fault. I’ll never order from here again.

The overall experience was great! We were looking for a king size bed set and mattresses. He knows his inventory, and the first time he gave us our options with no pressure of buying. We left to seek other options, but we ended up coming back because he had more of what we were looking for in a timely fashion. If you are looking for furniture or mattresses at a GREAT deal, this is the place to go! The process was smooth, and when we need anything else, we will be going here!

If looking for furniture DO NOT BUY from this local chain, I ordered a couch April 16th. I was originally told would arrive May 1st. No one called and confirmed anything, it was a no cal, no show. The next day and they told me the end of May. I called them on the 28th and was told I could get my couch next day. Next day comes, they only had half of my couch and couldn't get it through the door. So they tell me I can get two loveseats (they didn't even have the love seat when they brought the sofa)or pay 35% for a restocking fee. I got in contact with the OWNER and he has been ignoring our calls and hasn't replied to us since, I have called the store multiple times with no answer. This how the treat Military families business that they pander to but screw over. I will be going around Facebook groups to spread awareness of this unprofessional business.
