I am thoroughly satisfied with my services that were provided by Jackson Hewitt. The tax pro was very professional and patient with me trying to get my paperwork established. I have been going there for 10 years and will continue to go. The only thing that concern me was the different rates that the different stores charged they were up to $300 differences. I am glad I found one. That was very cost efficient.
