Kelly's Florist provides a very friendly and professional experience. Initial contact is helpful and service is prompt, with delivery made on time. The staff is wonderful, nice, and provides good customer service. They discuss floral arrangements, color, and containers to ensure satisfaction. While flowers may not be the exact ones from a photo, arrangements have a colorful and tropical feel and are beautiful, pretty, and long-lasting. On one occasion, a different container was provided than pictured, but the owner went above and beyond to correct the mistake, finding a container to compliment the arrangement. Customers report being truly satisfied and will definitely return, recommending the place as their go-to florist. You won't be disappointed.

I was in the shop early on the morning of Nov 28th for my Mom's birthday. The young man that helped me was exceptional! So kind, courteous and so talented. He made an amazingly beautiful arrangement of flowers that I was so delighted to give my mother. It is now 6 days later and they still look amazing! Love this place.

What a Wonderful Staff! Walked me through ordering Flowers for My Granddaughter’s Graduation… and BAM! Sooooo Beautiful! Gold trim on them! Giving flowers is so much fun and they make it even better! My Grandgirls Smile was priceless! Thank Y’all very much!
