Kelly's Florist provides a very friendly and professional experience. Initial contact is helpful and service is prompt, with delivery made on time. The staff is wonderful, nice, and provides good customer service. They discuss floral arrangements, color, and containers to ensure satisfaction. While flowers may not be the exact ones from a photo, arrangements have a colorful and tropical feel and are beautiful, pretty, and long-lasting. On one occasion, a different container was provided than pictured, but the owner went above and beyond to correct the mistake, finding a container to compliment the arrangement.
