They really need no stars I called them and couldn't get thru for like 20 mins so I than drove to a office location. Once I get inside it's no reception desk to actually talk to someone you just have to use a kiosk like a robot & sit down. Just wanted a DOT physical

With 3 people in the waiting room It took them 2hrs to get me in just for a drug test. Slowest service iv ever had, an the lady's at the front desk need a attuide adjustment

Awful. I would say this place is great until I overheard the receptionists talking badly about me. lol they accept walk ins but tried turning me away for a pregnancy glucose test. Pretty concerning.

Staff laughs and jokes while clients are waiting, they do not care if they waste your time and elongate the process. They pick and choose who to help first, not going in order of who comes first and has completed paperwork first. They also talk negatively about clients to other clients and staff. Very rude and unprofessional.

Staff is not knowledgeable of processes. Do to the lack of knowledge I am going to have to have labs drawn twice. This is very inconvenient being that I live 45 minutes away and has the potential to cost me extra out of pocket.

Baby lab work? Don’t go here for that . The employees are not fully capable to get some blood example. While attempting to get the blood examples they hurt the baby and did not get the job done.

Worst labcorp! Waited 45 mins to get a drug screening and the entire time it was all just giggling and laughing between the so called “doctors” while the waiting room is PACKED and no one was being called back. After waiting 45 mins and I finally get called back, the doctor doesn’t say a word to me until we get to the room and starts profusely giving me attitude about having a physical ID, when nothing was said prior to checking in, and they allowed me to check in using a photo of my ID. Giving me attitude saying “you don’t have an ID?” and shaking your head at me. BFFR !!

Absolutely deserves all the bad reviews. I went here to get some labwork done. They ran into an issue where they couldn't find the exact match to the doctor's lab order in their system. It was there, just under a different name that no one else uses. I herd them whispering to each other for a few moments trying to figure out what to do and which order to place. So instead of calling someone for clarification or looking into their system or any other competent thing a reasonable person would do, they decided the best course of action was to just NO SEND THE LAB AT ALL. I found out about it 5 days later when everything else came back but that particular one wasn't even sent.
