This place is sketchy acting! I had called ahead of time and talk to a representative about rolling over the funds of my IRA from another institution to the credit union. He gave me all the information I needed and made me feel comfortable about the process. Well today I tried to open an account. And when I told the ladies what the representative had said they had no clue what I was talking about. They were doing the whole process of creating my account and talking about my financial information in the open and not behind closed door. They wrote down my information not on the computer but on sticky notes. Then they say they couldn't make my account today on Wednesday and to come back Friday, but they were going to hold on to my information. That's when I decided to cancel everything. And when I asked him to shred my information they said they couldn't shred it they said only the manager could shred papers. And when I asked to take my stuff with me she took a sticky note off saying it was hers and I wasn't really thinking at the time and should have seen what was on a sticky note but I already left and she could deny she had to stick a note now. So I'm going to make sure to get my Identity theft protection activated and never come here again.

Se creen que uno se tiene que humillar para recibir sus servicios, ja! Si más adelante vive gente y mucho mejores. Gracias a Dios ya pusimos aplicación en otro banco, con el ITIN de mi esposo y mi seguro social y todo va viento en popa. Esto es solo 1/4 parte de mi experiencia con esta gente.
