“One of the best sew shops I've ever been to. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable, every alteration has been perfect to standard and they can help you out if you have uniform questions. They work very fast too, getting all kinds of sewing jobs done sometimes even same day with quality work. I trust them everytime I need something done or even to buy items for my unifrom for a great price. You can't go wrong with trusting them for any of your alteration/uniform needs, they have a variety of services so they are like a one-stop shop.”

“We have used them twice so far and have been very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the alterations they've completed. They are honest up front when they know something won't work the way you expect it. We told them to do it anyways and they were right. We have only used them for our civilian clothes but I am inclined to use them for my military clothes in the future.Something to note: they are closed on Sundays due to short staffing.”

“I need some help please! I am 70 and have two artificial knees. I have. Not been able to iron for years. Sometimes I just need things pressed. I have a young lady who runs my errands and some shopping for me. She asked your employee to press some items for me. They said I had to have them cleaned or LSU dried first. Some of these items are new. They do not need cleaning. I have all my cleaning and laundry done there. I would like to know why they cannot press these new items for me. She is taking a new coat, three new shirts, three shirts to belaundried and wool pants to be cleaned tomorrow morning. I am on a fixed income. I sure would appreciate you looking into this for me. “Held a charity event where our church Cedar Falls Baptist, paid for everyones' laundry for the day. The workers were very nice and helped us operate the machines. They were also very helpful to their customers.. If I had a load of laundry this would be my go to place!!”
