“Ordered a uniform online. Got it with the wrong rank. Kim's phone never gets answered. Updated: Kim's got back to me and got the problem fixed. Their sewing placement and quality is also excellent.”

“Mrs. Chang is awesome !! I came to her today last min to get a prom dress altered after calling my go to lady and was told they were swamped so I had no choice but to call around and after getting the same story that everyone is booked solid I was directed to Mrs. Chang by sues sewing, he had great admiration for her and said she specializes in gowns and dresses. I walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly service, great conversation, and an impeccable eye for detail. I wasn’t expecting for her and her team to be able to pull off the impossible but they did. Very fast turn around time, I mean same day service and last minute, and I mean last minute cause prom is tomorrow!! The gown looks amazing and her and her staff have won me over. They have a customer for life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND HER STAFF!!!!”

“Yon and her husband go above and beyond for the service men and women here in the Fayetteville area. I’ve been a customer of Yons since 2013. She’s always friendly and Expedient. Whether is military uniforms or civilian clothes alterations she’s had my best interests at heart. If you want it done right the first time take it to Mrs. Yon”

“I need some help please! I am 70 and have two artificial knees. I have. Not been able to iron for years. Sometimes I just need things pressed. I have a young lady who runs my errands and some shopping for me. She asked your employee to press some items for me. They said I had to have them cleaned or LSU dried first. Some of these items are new. They do not need cleaning. I have all my cleaning and laundry done there. I would like to know why they cannot press these new items for me. She is taking a new coat, three new shirts, three shirts to belaundried and wool pants to be cleaned tomorrow morning. I am on a fixed income. I sure would appreciate you looking into this for me. Thank you, Trisha Parker Truelove”

“The new owners of this facility are so nice. Due to water damage in my home, my laundry room is currently unusable. I found this laundromat online and decided to go there because the pictures looked nicer than another laundromat near my home. I was welcomed there and they were so helpful. You can tell they are very customer oriented. This laundromat is also impeccably clean. And the snacks and other items are so reasonably priced that I don’t think they make much profit, if any, from them. I will certainly be returning there since it may be a couple of weeks before my laundry room is fixed. Thank you for a wonderful experience.”
