Service. Professionalism. Taking care of clients and their needs in the most convenient manner possible. Lavette and her staff are awesome! I’ve been with them for years for my home, renters, and MULTIPLE car coverage. Even having an out of state car accident was handled with ease - to include securing a rental car and follow up contact to ensure everything was well. Be prepared for Lavette to talk over you constantly during every conversation. In 10 years of business I've never dealt with a more awful service. They are always confused when you call. You then have to call the 1-855 number anyway. Do not use this lady for insurance. She is a terrible agent.

My experience with Lavette Jones State Farm has been absolutely wonderful! I have been with them for a little over a year now and each time I have had to call them, it has been a delight.
