The male worker at the cashier was super rude. We went in to ask general information about customizations of a hat. Just about simple wording and a logo. No one was in line. The worker just answered with no's, and that we would have to get our logo and put it on a flash drive and come back in order for them to print it. The way he said it was just completely rude, like we were interrupting him with a question. Will not be going back. It's not that hard to be kind or just treat people with respect.

My name is Myah Warren and I went to lids store 5157. I am a former employee however I know how things work. I went in the store to Buy a hat that I needed embroidered for an event tomorrow. I pulled up a $10 off coupon that I had recently earned from my email. Instead of pulling up my email to pull up the coupon I was told I can only use it online. I recently quit Lids about a month ago and I know it was for that reason that I was not properly pulled up in the system to use my $10 off coupon. So where I should have paid $24 I had to pay $34 because no one was willing to pull up my account for the access pass. I am aware that it is only $10 however it's the principle that I was not even looked up in the system to pull up that $10 off coupon. What is the point of having the access pass if it cannot be used?What is the point of having the access pass if it cannot be used?

I am visiting from out of state. My son wanted to go into Lids to by a LA Lakers hat. The person working the am shift on 4/8/22 was rude. We’d been in there for 5 minutes and he hadn’t greeted us at all. Soldiers came in and he instantly greeted them and let them know he could help them. My son, who is 14, said let’s leave because he’s rude and didnt want to help. I love the mall but not this store!

Walked into the store looking for a black on black Boston red sox fitted hat. I've been looking all over for it and couldn't find one. After about 8-10 minutes in the store I found it! I looked and found my size but I walked out of the store without purchasing it. I really wanted this hat but I couldn't bring myself to spend my money at a place that didn't greet me, ask if I needed any assistance or acknowledge me in any way! Myself and the two other people with me commented on the lack of customer service. I suppose whatever was on the phone was much more important than the job obviously! customer service is truly dead i guess!

I bought a hat off their website and it shipped to the store. When I went to get it, I wanted my boyfriend's initials put on it because it was his birthday. The lady was awesome! She did the embroidery and helped me decide on a font that made sense and placement of the design. He was very pleased!
