I have done business here in the past and was very pleased, that’s why I returned. Since my last visit I assume different ownership has happened since they had none of my previous records. This experience left me looking for a different flooring business to service me. Gentleman helping seemed new and untrained. I wasn’t window shopping I was there to do business and he seemed put off, and or confused by my inquiries. I had to ask all the questions with no information offered. When I asked about getting someone out to do a quote he stated it would be $50 looking like he hoped I would leave, and not move forward with paperwork. I bought a gallon of your cleaner and he didn’t even have the knowledge to ring it up, but I’m expected to spend $1000’s through an under trained or nonchalant liaison. After I signed for the appointed quote I expected follow up information. I literally had to ask the questions myself as to the next steps etc. Thank goodness I have past experience purchasing flooring and had some knowledge to the process. The other gentleman just looked like he couldn’t be bothered and was glad we weren’t his problem. Once the people came out to measure for my quote he said 24 hours I should hear from someone. I waited 3 days finally called the store and was told they were working on it and I would receive a call to discuss. Got the quote emailed but never a call. Thanks for delaying my flooring project, as now I have to start over somewhere new. $6000 may not be a lot to this company in the grand scheme, but it’s a lot to me and I’ll spend it somewhere I can be serviced by someone knowledgeable. I’m sure a small business will value my business.

Staff was very professional, pleasant, and assisted very promptly. Showed me pictures of what the flooring looked like installed and called the other stores to see the availability. Before going in I already had a general idea of what I wanted and was able to be in and out within like 30 minutes.

My experience was great! Prior to entering I knew nothing except, I wanted a floor. Sales people took time and explaining all the different types of floors. I then can make a sound decision. Colors and designs were a little overwhelming. It was okay! Because they have an app. Take a picture of your space. Then you go in there app and you pick the desired type of floor you want. It was super easy! Next step go buy my floor!

LL Flooring is a joke! Pay with a credit card if you buy anything or you may never get your money back! Two months still waiting for money back, customer care again a joke. They waited over six weeks and then said they hadn't even issued a check. Go spend your money elsewhere. It's no wonder why they are hit with lawsuits! Bad way to do business. States on website refunds issued within 5-10 business days. Nope. I don't blame the store or its employees, this is a corporate problem. And despite we like the floors we won't be doing the rest of our projects with this company.

The staff are extremely helpful and assist their pros in every way to deliver a smooth installation for the clients represented by the pros. I've installed multiple floors for my clients and I turn to LL Flooring for my material needs. The only issue I've ever had is the turn around from warehouse to delivery for particular products and orders. Other than that, I say with great confidence that if you need anything flooring related, this is my go to destination.
