Drove an hour and a half to pick up some post trim. It said 45 on stock, and I called just to doublecheck. After getting there they told me I was SOL. Zero accountability and probably the Messiest, unorganized Lowe's I have ever stepped foot in.

They make you wait forever when you do curbside I was injured and couldn't go in they had me waiting outside forever in 98° weather until I finally left.

The store itself is fine. I can usually find what I'm looking for or given a bit of time I can find an employee. The worst part of my last shopping experience was the lack of cashiers. For those of us who don't like using self checkouts, the options were the 1 person in the garden center, the 1 person at customer services. Or the 1 person at the contractors spot. Of course all 3 had terrific lines. After an almost 20 minute wait in a line, I gave up and went to the Lowes on Skibo. There were plenty of cashiers so, checkout was quick and pleasant

Went to purchase some potting soil and a few plants at 6:30pm and the garden center was already closed. Two hours before the store closes. Not sure why this happens so often at this location…

First and last time I’ll ever go here… they had a great deal on a returned/open box open go mower (649.99 to 325.00), all I wanted to know was if it included everything or if it was missing anything, no one was around, went to customer service at 5 spoke with Ursula who paged someone to come, went back at 515 to page again and then at 525 I said to her this is crazy to which she said “sorry all I can do is page for someone no one must be there” so 30 minutes wasted for nothing… won’t be coming back

Lowe’s is a fabulous place to go to when you need to work on your house. Way better than Home Depot. I recommend it to everybody.

It's well-organized, making it easy to find what I need quickly. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist, providing top-notch customer service.
