My daughter and I came in for the DIY-U kids program. The setting was laid-back, and the employees were helpful. I ended up accidentally destroying the recycling truck we were working on (make sure your parts aren't backwards before nailing). Kyle was nice enough to give us the truck he finished. Our experience was positive even when there was a setback. My daughter has been telling everyone since that Kyle made her truck lol.

Was in the store yesterday. I needed help from 3 different associate. They were great, very helpful and very willing to aid me. Down side: The men's room was dirty, had only one light working and only one towel dispenser working.

Went to get mulch today and was treated like my business was not wanted there. Some young lady cou l don't get key to gate to load our trunk . Then she had a nasty attitude. I had to wait 45 min to get 12 bags of mulch. Never again.

This is the worst Lowe’s you can go to in the Fayetteville area! The employees don’t help you, they don’t answer simple questions, and to have me waiting outside in the cold with my newborn child for 20mins after I paid for a propane tank to actually get my propane tank is ridiculous! A store being convenient shouldn’t mean that it has no customer service or professionalism!

Nought the wrong carpet cleaner on doordash , customer service was helpful in returning and explaining a better way to ship. Along with salesman in appliances helped to get the right one. Overall a 10 plus.
