BOUGHT 3 New kitchen appliances on Feb 15 got the refrigerator and stove delivered and installed next day on Feb 16 the microwave was to be delivered and installed on Feb 26 based on those dates we have Lowes our business than today Feb 22 the installation company Heaton Construction texted me @1:47pm telling they won't delivered and install my new microwave until March 4 we have airplane tickets to visit our grandkids in Seattle that's been long booked and paid for! Lowes promised me delivery and installation of all my new appliances by Feb 26 and that was the one Big Reason we bought from them they LIED but it gets better I called the local store where I purchased the appliances to find out what was going on they didn't no Nothing I asked to talk to store manager the phone rang and rang and then they finally got tired of me knowing that I was gonna let it ring until bell freezes over before I hung up so they decided to pick up the phone and let it sit there and I could here the associates talk to the store customers I couldn't believed they blew me off like that I got so damn mad I got in my car with the phone still in my hand drove straight down there saw a manager named John told him what was going on and how his associates chose to ignore me and could even see the phone sitting on the counter still with me on the other line and I said what kinda customer service is that, ignoring me and the problem doesn't make it go away it further pisses me off and makes me go to total extreme to right this Wrong! He said he would "Handle It" he was totally lack of concern no empathy whatsoever and I asked for his district manager or someone high up in the chain of command he got off his ass out of his small office walked me out to the big lowes banner hanging next to his office door and said call this number if you got a problem-WOW TOTALLY BLEW MY MIND HIW I WAS TREAT AS A VALUED CUSTOMER-NOT! I was given a deliver date for my new appliances and I EXPECT LOWES to keep their end of the bargain that was the major reason we chose to buy from them but they LIED! Now o don't no what to do and I ain't missing my scheduled flight! TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH MANAGER JOHN THE ASSOCIATE THAT TOOK MY CALL AND LEFT THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK KNOWING DAMN WELL I WAS STILL ON THE LINE! I COULDNT MAKE THIS STUFF UP IN A MILLION YEARS WOW LOWES YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SETTING NEW STANDARDS Clint O'Neal complaint for Skibo Rd Fayetteville NC location.

Had a stove delivered on Tuesday they didn’t check to see if it worked so they pick it up Friday so they said they will get in touch with in24 hours to see when they bring another one in the meantime time I have no stove

Lowe’s is usually my go to for my needs. We are currently remodeling our home and end up needing several trips. I have NEVER had any issues with returning until today. I quickly shopped yesterday and didn’t realize that two of the items I had bought were damaged and missing hardware. I had picked up a towel rod holder which didn’t have the hardware in the box or instructions to install. I also picked up a shower curtain rod which wouldn’t extend appropriately. I assume someone had already returned these items before me. The associate returning my item was extremely rude and acted as if I had damaged these items (mind you I have spent close to 1,000 in the store the last week with this being my first return). I was upfront about the item when I went in to return it. She told me she wouldn’t be able to return the item due to it being damaged. However, we didn’t cause this damage to the item. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to return an item due to an employee refusing to return it and giving the consumer a headache. She was nasty about this entire situation. I won’t shop at this specific Lowe’s again.

I’ve been in and out of this Lowe’s all week trying to set up my nail suite. I’ve had so many questions and I’m so thankful the employees here are knowledgeable and kind. Nate, Hailey, and Donnie helped me this week with a range of things and everything they suggested worked out for me. Thank y’all so much, I wouldn’t have been able to get half as much done without the help of the employees here.

Someone with common sense pulling pickup orders would be cool. Had multiple phone calls from the person pulling my order. I ordered a by the foot rope, qty of 8, so 8 foot. She called to ask if I wanted it cut into 8 one ft sections. What? She called again to tell me that the 1/2 sisal rope I ordered was being cancelled bc there wasn’t a saw capable of making that cut in the store. The hardware store. For a rope that could be easily cut with a knife. Pick up orders are convenient, answering dumb phone calls about my order isn’t.

I waited about 30 min in the garden center. The cashier called twice for someone to assist with yard fertilizer. Finally after a guy returned from lunch he was very helpful. They need people to cover others when they go to lunch. Skibo Rd.

I am a general contractor with a construction business and I will not be giving Lowes my business any longer. Buying overage is common practice on a job and Lowes has made it so difficult to return these items that it isn't worth the hassle. I'll just buy everything from another business.

Went in to the store to buy 7 items and 3 of them rang up higher than labeled. Rug marked $8.98 rang up as $21! Hand tool set marked $15.98 rang up $19.98! And a pair of mower blades marked $44.98 rang up as $57.98!! Luckily we spotted the differences, curious how many people don't notice and are getting ripped off. After 3 trips back to the mower blade area, they finally fixed the price in my bill. Then the manager just walked off without so much as a simple "sorry for the inconvenience " or any type of apology. Never shopping here again!!

Customer service at this location is terrible! Never fails, it's bad whenever I go. Not enough employees and the employees they do have act like you're bothering them when you ask a question. Customer service desk is very slow. Receive better service at the Hope Mills location.

All you had to say is that I needed my warranty #. No need for a hassle. Definitely need to update your return policy for plumbing parts.

I like Lowes itself and shopping their in store is fine but I highly recommend that nobody buy anything there that they have a third party deliver such as washers and dryers. Lowes had no problem taking almost thousand dollars from me but when I can’t get the appliances Lowes says it has nothing to do with them and they actually can’t even process a refund for you. So they take your money and then after that they don’t take any responsibility or help you at all.

A woman who works in the appliance section completely messed up my order. I ordered a washer and dryer in store and she placed the order as in store pick up instead of delivery. Now I have to fix the issue through customer service. I am livid at the incompetence here. Never ordering anything here ever again. I can’t believe it would be so difficult to check a box online.
