Poor customer service, especially at drive through. Not sure whose order when ask you to pull up often when walking around to everyone. ? Food is not hot. Call customer service and still nothing about improving service.

I believe the no Milk Shake at McDonalds issue is drying up. They have used every excuse in the book not to serve milk shakes. The best excuse for not wanting to make Milk Shakes is: There is none here to run the Milk Shake Machine!

Just left drive thru where the blonde weaved girl argued with me about my order. I clearly stated what I wanted but she didn't hear me. Instead accused me of not placing the order. Then gave me the wrong total.After getting my food the order was thrown in the bag, French fries turned over all on bottom of the bag.Bring back days where folk cared about their job and owned their own quality. There was a time employees stacked the order neatly in the bag.Food was great though. The service was unacceptable. Do better.

This is how they will serve you your sandwiches. No standards. Just lazy classless workers. The owner or Manager must be so clueless to let this happen. McDonald's doesn't care.

We tried to order at the drive-through speaker, and the young lady was nasty and yelling at us. The sign said that we could make the 2 for $6 deal into a meal (see picture below). She argued and screamed like we were idiots and annoying her. When we told her what the sign said, she just got louder and uglier. We pulled up to the window, and she rolled her eyes and continued to argue. We asked for the manager and she came to the window. She just stared at us and very flatly said that she apologized but there was nothing sincere or genuine about it... at all. We did not order food, nor will we ever order food from this McDonald's again. Our experience was by far the worst customer service possible!!
