“Wow! Dan is the man!
1. The checkin on the kiosk was simple. Usually I find them annoying and unnecessarily lengthy but I was even able to update my insurance with the machine very quickly and efficiently.
2. I was sure it was going to take awhile as there were a few people ahead of me and several that came in behind me, but it was super fast.
3. Dan was obviously focused on performing his job efficiently but still very friendly, honored my request to use my left arm without so much as a blink (which was a nice change from the attitude I get from military facilities), AND I noticed he was doing everything himself and when I asked he said his coworker had an appointment and he requested some help. I let him know I was impressed not complaining. So 5 stars for Fan for real!”
“I have been to Concentra for various reasons. Sometimes there is a wait. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. The physical therapist are wonderful and willing to help. They are not overbearing or pressure you into PT if it hurts.”

“I have been going here for about 10 years and see Cynthia Phillips. It’s wonderful knowing you are seen as a real person not a number. The tests are quite extensive, unlike those my regular dr does. I’d rather pay a little more to prevent issues than wait until I’m sick and then be treated to fix something or to catch something in the early stages. It’s nice-for example-to know I don’t have cancer (how many drs check this before you start feeling bad) then being told later by my regular dr I have it and now I have to go on chemo etc.I would not hesitate to recommend Cynthia Phillips or the practice for anyone looking for a functional medicine provider.”

“My mother is a patient of Dr. Chai’s. She suffers from Dementia/Alzheimers and a brain injury from a bad fall she took in 2023. We had an appointment with him this morning and let me say she’s been a patient of his for a couple years now and I have never been more impressed with any doctor she’s ever had than I was today. She was struggling with mobility really bad today which happens sometimes. Dr. Chai and his medical assistant came outside, in the rain, to help me get her safely back in the car after her appointment. I have never in my life seen a DOCTOR go that far. I want him and his staff to know how much I appreciated him going the extra mile today.”
“I did check in online which made it very easy and convenient. Only had to wait maybe 15 minutes. I wish I knew the phlebotomist name she was phenomenal. I hate getting blood drawn as I haven't had a great experience in the past with my providers. She was very calm and patient with me. Overall I had a great experience and would go back if I need to do more blood work. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Very pleased with my experience.”
