“I called& talked to Kim today to verify they had rollaters in stock. They did. Upon arrival Cindy came to assist me and then fully assembled the one I selected for my mom. We needed one more bit of info from her Dr which when we called he quickly faxed right over so processing the insurance and order was very smooth. The atmosphere was very clean, & organized and she was extremely kind& friendly. She was thorough in explaining all details about how the rollater operates and showed me the ease of how to collapse/fold it to put in my car. I will send anybody in need
