“I want to say the cashier’s name was Sharmone Williams. Don’t quote me on this because I meant to do this review on yesterday the 10th of August. I lost the card with her name. But nonetheless, I want you guys to runnnnn to DXL if you’re a plus sized person. She was so attentive. Initially, I was hesitant and was looking for clothing myself for my brother. Then, it was a PROCESS and she came to ask if everything was alright. That time, I allowed her too. My brother really loved the graphic shirt she picked out. Her customer service was superb. She takes pride in her work. Not only was she nice to me but I watched her and she was also nice to the other people in the store, too. This girl needs a raise because she is the face of this store. Yes, it can be pricey but she also let me know about afterpay/affirm. Can’t remember which one but she told me that, too. She even remembered my brother before I even said anything about him liking graphic tees. So, like I said…she’s awesome! I don’t know who the owners are…just know, she’s rocking DXL. It’s already tough enough to be heavier. Some folk throw you to the side to ‘fend for yourself but not her. She welcomes you warmly. -April”

“Located inside the flea market, this shop offers an excellent shopping experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Neelam who acted as our personal shopper. My husband is new to buying suits and she made it so easy! Once we found a jacket size for my husband, Neelam and Danny provided options in styles and matching shirts/ties. The prices are exceptionally good and the quality is top notch! We will be back”

“Let me say im extremely honest with my reviews on all levels. I had a great experience when I first called and talked to the Manager. I came in on a day she happend to be off which was fine because after having a conversation with the manager I felt confident my son would be taken care of. We walked in and how the male employee treated me was disgusting. As soon as he new we where on a budget he completely dismissive, rude and could care less about helping us. As I was going to the back with my family I was obviously visibly upset and that is when KAYLA stepped up to help and saved the day❤️ absolutely amazing customer service. She is an absolute angel and im so thankful for her. Between the manager and Kayla it was an amazing experience. I would say if you EVER have an issue with an employee not treated as you should definitely ask for one of them. It's about great customer service not kissing ads. You treat ppl the way you want to be treated. Don't expect to go in and be rude and be treated the same way. I dont want ppl to get the wrong idea about this post. I mean if you are treated in a way that you shoukd Go to management because NOBODY Should be treated the way that .ale employee treated me.”
