If I could give this specific location zero stars I would have, accept for the service that was offered to me by a few individuals.Negatives #1: A female employee that answered the phone when I called to ask if my suits were ready for pick up, lied to me and told me my suits were ready for pick up. When I showed up, the same lady went in the back and told me my suits were not ready and to come back later that day after 6pm. This individual woman was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. I do not know if she was being rude because I am white and she was black, because I am male and she is female, or if she didn't like I was wearing shorts and t-shirt with a hat with a cross and a star on it.Negatives #2: When I told management about this specific individual management tried to come up with excuses, say it was miscommunication, or that the store must have been busy. I was the only customer in the store.Negatives #3: When I came back after 6pm as requested to pick up the suits that was said to be ready, the suits were only partially ready. (Big Positive: the gentleman that helped me were super respectful, apologetic, and tried to help, these gentlemen should be promoted to management right away). The suits not being ready were not the men's fault that were there, and again they worked hard to resolve the issue, and discovered that there had also been a computer error from when the original person put the order in. (I will note, these gentlemen were again super respectful even though not all of our physical characteristics were identical, and I had worn the same t-shirt, shorts, and hat when interacting with them, again I would promote these men to management right away).Negative #4: I came back several days later when the remaining items were supposed to be completed. I tried to politely ask a representative if she would please get my suit pants that were supposed to be ready. The rep named Ashley looked me up and down at the clothing I was wearing, my skin tone, and my same hat with cross and a star on, and was immediately rude and disrespectful towards me and started telling me off about how she was to busy to help someone like me, and I would have to wait until all the other customers in the store were fitted and cashed out. I was the only white male individual in the store, and everyone else in the store was African American. I politely tried to tell her I understood but I was not there for a rental, to be fitted, or anything like that, I simply was there to pick up my pants that should already be done and in the back and had my ticket. She told me she did not have time to help me or go in the back. She then proceded to go into the back 4 or 5 times after that and never tried to help me.Negatives #5: When I tried to report her to the manager, a shorty lady with red hair, again the manager simply came up with excuses, and did not even have the employee give me a sincere apology for being rude and racist to me. The rep Ashley even came and was rude to me as I was talking to the manager, and the manager did nothing about it. I believe that the rep Ashley, as well as the other rep that lied on the phone should both be fired immediately.FIRE ASHLEY IMMEDIATELY.Positive 1: The manager gave me a full refund on the alterations.Positive 2: Again the men that helped me were all super nice and respectful regardless of race, age, or clothing.Positive 3: The first employee that I initially bought the suits with, whose name was John was super friendly and full of people skills, he was only limited by a horrible computer system that caused the initial issues to begin with.Positive 4: The balding gentle man with the tape measure as well as the older gentleman who also teaches history, were amazing super respectful, and sincerely apologized for issues that occured.RECOMMENDATIONS to the Owner:1. I would recommend to the owner to fire Ashely as well as the other lady that lies to customers over the phone.2. Promote the two gentlemen immediately.3. Give John a pay raise.

I received knowledgeable, focused and efficient service from Eddie in the purchase of a suit. He had practical suggestions to make and insight as to which brands would best fit my shape. Further, he made the alteration suggestions and markings. I was very pleased with MW’s selection and service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. the ENTIRE staff here is dismissive, unprofessional, and down right RUDE. My sister in law had a terrible time attempting to get my nephew a suit for my wedding, they serviced her late for her appointment after harassing her to make one. Then proceed to rudely tell her she couldn't get a suit for my nephew stating that she wasn't allowed to use the group code I was given, specifically for this?? After being told they didn't have the correct color for my nephew anyhow, I attempted to tell the manager about her employee, as it's her job to take feedback to her employees to coach them on displaying better behaviors, the manager then displayed that she was the root cause of all the rudeness. If my wedding wasn't in 17 DAYS, I would pull all of my business out of men's wearhouse. This location, and it's employees, should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I will be calling corporate regarding this incident. FUTURE BRIDES BEWARE. I'll also be BLASTING this location in all of my bridal groups. ta ta.

Tried to rent a tux for my son's prom. We scanned the QR code to be placed in line, then waited 20 minutes without an update or anyone talking to us. Two people walked in after us looking for a tux and were helped right away. I asked about the line, and the lady said they were being helped because they were buying and not renting. We left and rented somewhere else. Sad that the only communication from an employee during a long visit was to make us feel like second class citizens. My son always wanted to get something at Men's Wearhouse. This was supposed to be special. What a disappointment.

This is a nice store to find mens clothing. They have rentals and clothes for purchase. I found a sports coat there and I have been looking for a while. I am glad I stopped in and looked around. They have really good sale prices.

Went into here to find an outfit for professional occasions with no knowledge of what to wear and Ashley was able to help me find everything I needed, get sized and find the right priced clothing for me.

This is literally the worst store I’ve ever been in. Not one person greets you when you walk in and after making eye contact and trying to get someone’s attention they still didn’t say a word to us. After standing around for 30 minutes we finally just left and still no one attempted to talk to us. Clearly they don’t care about customer service ?

Late December I needed help getting an outfit together for a wedding. Ashley, an employee at this company, was amazing. They were patient, genuine and gave great insight on the outfit provided as well as further information for future help. More workers like her are needed in stores!

I went in for a suit rental after finding several options at $99 on their website. The sales associate immediately told me it would be $260 paid in full to rent a suit for my single day. When I told them they had several options for $99 on their website, they went on and on how awful the $99 suits would look.It’s very clear they are immediately trying to upsell you and hope you don’t know any better.

Mr. Smith was fantastic. Going in I was completely out of my element. I made sure to preface with that, explained my needs, and Mr. Smith understood the assignment. He took measurements and provided me with many options and helped put together the fit I was looking for with ZERO sales pressure. Definitely hope to cross paths with Mr. Smith again soon. On top of that, he is also a Vet. Thank you for your service.
