They told me I was fully covered under my insurance and then sent me a bill. Why would they tell me I was covered and then still charge me? Don’t even bother calling the customer service line, they’re still open for another 2 hours and it just keeps saying the office is closed and hanging up. Not worth the effort.

Don’t waste your time. I made an appt for my son and wheh we showed up they just said they were closed. No email, no phone call. Poor customer service.

After scheduling a Covid test online, when my husband arrived he followed the directions sent and waited 30 minutes after his appointment time. No one came to the car.
