“Only reason not giving five stars is because I was told delivery was between 8-10. Didn't receive a message until around 1230 that I was not the first stop but instead the last stop. I don't find it their fault as it was most likely a mixup with the ones who did the scheduling. Once they arrived they were kind and professional. Took care not to damage walls, floors etc. Explained that for some reason they listed every delivery for 8-10. Would definitely use them again mainly for the professional attitude and handling of my personal property.”

“Im a very satisfied American flag storage of Fayetteville NC customer. I haven't been the best customer as I have paid late and multiple evenings I have left late causing the alarm to sound and the police to come check things out. With that being said AFS has still showed me more kindness and understanding then any company ever has. I only hope that all businesses take lessons on how to treat thier customers from American Flag Storage of Fayetteville NC. I being almost 50 have delt with storage companies all over NC and from my prior experience I always hated having to do so. I have lost my dead grandmother's belongings and my children's school photos due to not having the money to make a storage payment on time. If only then, I had rented from AFS I would still have those priceless posesions. Honestly, I am not one to ever take the time to leave a customer company review. I today have found myself leaving reviews for AFS on this yelp as well as FB and with the BBB. I promise everyone I would not be doing so, if I was not sincere. So if ever you need some extra storage space do yourself a favor and call American Flag Storage and let them show you that there really is still great customer service in our community today.”

“Easy get to my unit, staff very helpful. Young brown akin gentleman with dreads did great at showing me the unit and explaining everything thoroughly. Added plus free large trolleys to use which is great to load multiple stuff on at once or something large like a Deep Freezer which I've done both.”

“Amazing experience. We have to move quickly and frequently. This was our first time using U-Pack and I can only imagine the financial benefit of doing it previously. The biggest advantage is the timing and control. U-Pack (we had an ABF team supporting) tells you when they will drop off and allows you to pick up by your schedule. The comfort comes from knowing that no one will touch your items. Once you seal the bulkhead, there is no intermingling between your stuff, someone else’s, and no chance of it being broken via a move to storage. You control how carefully your things are handled, where they are placed, and how many breaks the process takes. Our drivers Bryan (KS area) and Greg (Raeford, NC area) we’re kind, made sure we were comfortable and courteous of our home and time. Highly recommend!”

I had called several places and each company with out even talking to me said no, have a nice day and I even think one of them hung up on me. But that ended up working out in our favor because I'm so GLAD we found A+ Moving and Storage. From the very first call I made to the last item that was moved in to the house it was nothing but smooth sailing. A+ goes above and beyond with outstanding customer service, the moving of your valuables and assisting you in the process. Erika was a gem. She came out to my house FREE of charge and quoted us an estimate. Estimates can be scary because you never know if the price can change. But the estimate she gave us was exactly what we paid and she explained every fee to us. I'm so glad that A+ got our business and not some shady moving company that wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount and hang up on their customers. The movers were absolutely amazing and were so gentle with our belongings. They were so nice to us and we really appreciated their hard work. Also, while we were moving, another rep came out from A+ and checked in on everything. He wanted to make sure things were going smooth and made sure of the highest level of customer satisfaction. I hope this review finds them to accumulate more business and also this is coming from someone who has moved quite a bit with my husband being in the military. Taiwan, Maurice, and Terrel (Macon, GA team) absolutely crushed it! They were incredibly nice, thorough, helpful, and hard working. They went above and beyond when packing, handling, and loading my belongings. Everything was carefully wrapped and properly inventoried. When I move again, I will make a point to request Taiwan and his team. Highly recommend this company and team if you want your things packed and moved in the same manner you would do so.”
