“U haul directions and lock box were not vibing. The location was NOT where the directions sent us. UHaul really needs to do an update. We called Bragg Blvd Uhaul, the representative that answered the phone tracked the key and led us to the location, she was so helpful. I wish I remembered her name to give her a public shout out!”

Needed to PCS cross country. Scheduled a pickup for a '15 but quickly realized that I needed a '20. Got it changed there on the spot. Didn't need to hook up the auto-trailer right away so they let me leave the trailer there in the lot until I was ready to hook it up. They came to help me hook up the trailer and I had no issues getting from NC to MO, through the mountain and all it was all great. Would highly reccomend this establishment.”

“Equipment rented auto transport, Transport was an excellent condition. Staff was courteous and friendly and assisted in every way possible at this Location, Bragg Blvd., Fayetteville NC. However, this is the second location I had to go to as I live in Dunn NC and I initially rented the Auto transport from the U-Haul In Dunn, When I went to the Dunn location, the transport was in terrible condition and unusable. However, the staff still said oh it’s OK to use. I refuse to use it and called U-Haul and they rescheduled me to go to the Bragg Boulevard location which unfortunately put me 27 miles out of my way One way. This is a picture of the Auto transport at the Dunn location that the guy said it’s perfectly fine to use. There’s nothing wrong with it.”
“I want to preface this with I had a reservation at another location and 20 minutes before pick up they called me to tell me they didn’t have the equipment and refused to help me locate the truck I needed. I called 4 other dealers in the area, either to have no one answer or to be told they can’t help. I called this location while I was on hold with the uhaul main line. And this locations representative after telling me he didn’t have the equipment, told me if I wanted he would find me what I needed and call me. Not even 3 minutes later he called me back and told me he found a truck, he made the reservation for me while I was on the phone with him and told me if there were any issues to call him back and he would look for another one. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I would highly recommend this location for doing Uhual business.”
