Company sold system, made promise for free additional item and has not provided it.The salesmen for this business sold my family a KIRBY system. One of my requirements for purchasing the system was that an additional brush would be provided free of charge. The representatives (both of them) agreed to my request and annotated it on the receipt. I was told by the representatives that the brush was in the office and would be delivered the next week. My wife called the company three times and left messages to no avail. One month and four (I called earlier today) calls later, we still have not receive the item. I called the company earlier to speak with the representative but he was not in. I left a message and received a call an hour or so later. I reiterated what was promised and the time that had passed, my desire for a full refund as the system had not been used by my Family, and my displeasure with the businesses practices. I informed the representative that I would be contacting the BBB, he didn't seem concerned and was very rude so I ended the call.
