“I went in having a good idea of what colors I wanted for our new home. Zoe kindly helped me pick out the different finishes I would need and brought my heavy (in weight) purchase out to my car for me. When I got one of the colors I selected on my walls, I decided it was a lighter than I expected. I brought the 5 gallon bucket (that was already halfway gone) back to the store to see if they could shade it down. Alan was so kind and figured out the formula to get it down to my desired shade. Each time I've gone into this SW location I've noted that I, along with every customer that walked in, was treated with the upmost service and they've set the bar of how customer service should be. Can't recommend this location more!”
