“I went in having a good idea of what colors I wanted for our new home. Zoe kindly helped me pick out the different finishes I would need and brought my heavy (in weight) purchase out to my car for me. When I got one of the colors I selected on my walls, I decided it was a lighter than I expected. I brought the 5 gallon bucket (that was already halfway gone) back to the store to see if they could shade it down. Alan was so kind and figured out the formula to get it down to my desired shade. Each time I've gone into this SW location I've noted that I, along with every customer that walked in, was treated with the upmost service and they've set the bar of how customer service should be. Can't recommend this location more!”

“I came in with a piece of wallboard broken out from in front of a water leak. The wall it came from also had 3 large full bookshelves further over. If I had been forced to paint the entire wall the effort required to move the books would have been massive. The kind woman at the counter was able to match the paint so well that it was necessary only to paint the area of the repair. Curtesy and professional skill are a rare combination in retail today and are to be commended.”

She was sweet about rectifying the problem. Honestly she made a stressful situation so easy and smooth. 10/10”

“First I want to say these five stars are for Neeya, Hakeem, Teresa, Kai, I need to find out the other young man’s name that helps me in the floral department. They are all so helpful and friendly even when it’s busy and a bit overwhelming. Neeya is so pleasant and takes her time to focus on the customers. Hakeem is forever busy jumping from one task to the next and yet always helpful and kind. Teresa in the paint dept. Went out of her way not once but twice to help me. Kai always has a bright disposition and pleasant. The other young man is always helpful and friendly (I’m gonna correct ) as a whole they’re a great team. And thank you for always helping me and being polite.
As for one manager lady recently who wouldn’t even look at me when speaking she’s not much help isn’t pleasant and doesn’t do a bit more for her part (that’s a name I’ll correct as well).
