Petco is a well-maintained store that offers a wide range of pet products and services. Customers appreciate the friendly and patient staff, especially when it comes to getting pets’ shots and check-ups. The store is known for being clean, well-stocked, and offering a good selection of high-quality pet foods, medicines, bath supplies, and other items needed for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish, and reptiles. Many customers visit regularly, often once a week, and enjoy shopping for their pets' needs in one convenient location. The staff provides helpful and friendly service, making it easier for pet owners to care for their pets. Some customers have noted that the store offers affordable packages for pet check-ups and vaccinations, with the convenience of taking pets into soundproof exam rooms while shopping. While the store has a lovely display of adoptable cats and occasionally features sales, some customers are disappointed by the limited selection of saltwater fish, which has been unavailable for several months. Overall, Petco is seen as a caring and reliable place to find pet supplies, get professional grooming, and receive veterinary care.
