“The service is super-fast. Granted, I just needed a building number sign to meet the code requirements and they had it quoted during the initial phone call. It took longer for the company I work for to cut the check for payment than it did for this company to get the sign printed and installed onto the building. Add to that the people I spoke with were so very nice. Excellent customer service and speediness. I was nervous at first because I had run into issues with other printing service companies that was unable to help me due to pixelating issues. I use to choose UPS before FedEx but the shipping prices I have got at UPS we're absolutely ridiculous exceeding nearly what the motorcycle parts we're worth. Hopefully shipping more parts today will go just as good.

“Shoutout to Dave at the Print Center for amazing customer service!! He was very helpful and got the printing job I need done in a quick manner. He took his time to make sure that what I needed was completed. He was very resourceful in explaining how the copier machine works and then said since I have a big file, that I can just email it to a certain address (which I didn't know of such a service). He was my guardian angel that day and I wanted to just mention that he needs a raise!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

“I went here with my daughter when she was a little under 2 in the middle of summer, the line was out the door, my daughter was irritable and my tank was on E so I couldn’t sit in my car to stay in the AC. While sitting in line, my daughter just continued getting more and more irritable and began throwing a full on tantrum in the store. I was working my hardest to try to stop her while others in line looked at me like I had 10 heads, and I knew it was irritating to everyone in line since they were all as hot and tired of waiting as I was. A nice man who worked here came up to me in line to tell me it was okay and asked me what I needed so that he could get me through the line quicker. I don’t know if he was doing it for me, for himself or for everyone in line but I will always remember and appreciate that moment. If you see this, thank you Mr. UPS store man ❤️”

“I sell some stuff on eBay and other places, and I make it a point to go to this store to ship. The post office is just up the road and sometimes a little cheaper. Anyway, the people who work there are very nice, nicer than you would expect for as busy as they are. Also, everyone is very fast and efficient, so you don't have to wait long, even if the line goes through the whole store. In fact, I am headed there now to ship a few boxes. I know they will be friendly and welcoming.”
