After a midnight car accident in front of my home where 3 poles were ripped down their crews and lineman were on-site within 10 minutes of being called. Had the poles up and our power restored in 1-2 hours. Thank you for assisting so quickly, the kindness and professionalism.

I can't speak for everyone else but they have been excellent to me. They send my bill and I think its a reasonable amount for the neighborhood I live in. Even if I didn't I still would pay it because I need lights.. but I have no complaints at all !!!
