My daughter's doctor sent her here for pre-surgery lab work. We were told that it was a walk in clinic. We walk in, there is no reception. There is no person to speak with, you sign into a tablet and it gives you an appointment. It issued us an appointment for over 3 hours later. I explained that we don't live in Fayetteville and that my daughter has autism. One lady was extremely kind and helpful. She stated that today was her first day in this location. The other lady was very brash and aggressive in her speech. I understand the issue that they have a schedule to keep, but it was the way that it was presented. Very rude, not helpful at all. Nobody seemed to be aware of them being a walk-in clinic. Their patient relations was awful. They told me to try another Quest knowing good and well that there isn't one in any of the counties close to here. What started as a 30 minute doctors visit turned into all day and working to avoid meltdowns from my child who has autism.

DON’T RECOMMEND QUEST.
I have to take a drug screening for pre-employment. It said this was the closest location to me. I called and set up an appointment and no where during that process did it state that they do not start drug screenings until 8:30 am. The lady was apologetic but I know it’s not her fault.
I set my appointment for 7:20 am in the morning. I was referred to go next door. The doors weren’t open and no one was there. I left because I had to go to work.
I went on the Quest website because the barcode I got had Quest’s name listed on it and didn’t want to over complicate things. NOTHING ONLINE STATED THEY STOPPED DOING DRUG TESTS AFTER 11 AM. I went on an early lunch. I already double triple checked because I don’t want to waste my time again and there was no option to specify what type of testing.
I show up again and now it’s an old white woman with short blonde hair who calls me in. She tells me they stopped doing drug screenings. At this point I’m frustrated because not only am I wasting my time and gas, but they are not properly informing patients of any of their policies. She tells me again to go next door. I asked if she can make sure they’re there because I went there and NO ONE was there even though they were open/answering. She said, verbatim, “I won’t be calling anyone.”
Ma’am I currently work with patients and I’ve worked with patients in the past. The attitude given is definitely not the character I’d ever want to give to my patients. She’s not meant to be in healthcare. Most people in this field don’t seem to have to empathy toward patients or even know basic customer service etiquette.
I will not look for the nearest lab next time. I never had an issue with labcorp or even a small lab that I wasn’t even familiar with, but I won’t ever go back to Quest until for some reason I absolutely have NO option (which is unlikely). Don’t go there, especially the Owen Dr location.

I did check in online which made it very easy and convenient. Only had to wait maybe 15 minutes. I wish I knew the phlebotomist name she was phenomenal. I hate getting blood drawn as I haven't had a great experience in the past with my providers. She was very calm and patient with me. Overall I had a great experience and would go back if I need to do more blood work. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Very pleased with my experience.

Today was the 1st time @ Quest Diagnostics my phlebotomist Michelle was awesome! Had issue with my insurance card she figured it out and explaining the payment process. I must say our world needs more people that care like her.

The call center is TERRIBLE! No matter how clearly you tell them or spell something, they never understand. Been trying to cancel and change an appointment for an hour now, and I give up. The robots at the call center apparently need an upgrade. Yall need a human representative.

Victoria was a Godsend for me today!! She is so sweet and was so helpful. She went above and beyond. I made an appointment for one test and didn't have the order from my school. She was so patient and helped me figure it out. I was on a deadline and she did an extra blood draw for a different test I needed. She also did it with me barely feeling anything. I could thank her enough!

Very friendly staff and not too long of a wait for my blood draw. I liked checking in on my phone and waiting that way.

Unable to make appointments online
,unhelpful,overcrowded,and walk ins are also difficult and take very very long just to be seen.Coming here without an appointment is an all day ordeal.

The staff was very professional and efficiently handles my testing. I was a little concerned that it was going to be a long wait that would consume my entire afternoon, however the staff promptly took care of each client in a timely manner and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!Bravo to this staff for committment, dedication and prompt, courteous service! It was greatly appreciated that you all were considerate of the value of time to your clients! 5 STARS

Went as a walk in to have labs done. They have an electronic check in kiosk that scans your ID and insurance card, and allows you to be put on the walk in wait list. It took less than 10 minutes for me to be seen and the labs took about the same amount of time. My tech was very friendly and was knowledgeable on what she was doing. Both my tech and the building were very clean which I appreciated. Overall an amazing experience. For reference, they are on the second floor of a doctors office so you need to take the elevator to see them, which I didn’t know going in ?
