I get everyone in these reviews have their own situations, but if I could give higher than 6 I would. This is our second product from rooms to go and 2 time delivering to us. Both times have been amazing! The time frame they give you is usually a wide time frame, but they show up perfectly on time. They took really good care of my new table and chairs no scratches, dents, nothing. Completely satisfied. The sales guy (I forgot his name) was also amazing. We will be ordering from rooms to go again.

If you could rate rooms to go -10, I would... The furniture looks good, but it's cheap badly constructed and when you complain, they give you the runaround... Had my furniture for six months, but it looks like I had it for six years... Run and find a better place to purchase your furniture!

Was able to call, tell Jay exactly what I was looking for, and he was able to have inventory ready for me to browse as well as options that I might be interested in, upon arrival to the store. He had no problem when I was decisive about not liking something and was attentive when I showed interest elsewhere. He was flexible, efficient with my time, and was able to still establish rapport. I'd work with him again and return to this location again too. The store was very clean, SO MUCH to see, and very neatly laid out. I liked the selections and felt very satisfied with the whole experience.

Purchasing our new couch was the easy part. The delivery service, however, was and is a completely different story. We were told they would call us before coming, they did not. Upon arriving early, they called us but then after we told them we were on our way (I work 8min away from our house) they left immediately. Upon calling the customer care, I was told they would call the driver and tell them to turn around. They had just left 8min before that, so they should've been in the area still. This all took place at 10:30am this morning and it is now 1:30pm. They still have not returned. Do not recommend buying from this Rooms To Go unless you can transport it yourself.

I spent a lot of time looking and looking. John, my salesman was great. He stayed with me when I wanted to talk to him and ask questions and also let me just take some time by myself. I left that day without buying and he did not pressure me at all. I came back the next day and looked again. I bought my living room furniture that day from him. One week later I went back and bought a lazy boy recliner from John again. He was a great salesmen and would recommend him and this store! Check them out for great products, great people and great prices. Thank you.

We shopped in both stores, RTG & RTG Kids. I truly had a pleasant experience. Our sales people were very patient as my husband and I navigated back and forth. They gave us space to make a decision. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. When we needed assistance on buying the correct pieces for our sectional the gentleman was there to help us along the way. I’d shop here again for more furniture.

Jeff was exceptional ? with helping us get the dinner table we wanted. He reassured our order was to our liking as far as color and pattern scheme. We bought the Kyoto table and are expecting it in less than 7 days! If you are looking for a good mellow interaction that isn't an overwhelming shark attack, go to Jeff. He will listen to your details and take his time.

Fourteen months ago I bought several pieces of furniture from this store. One was a table and chairs. The weight was very long, but at last the table only showed up. After another long wait they called and stated the Dark Walnut was no longer available but I could get a Dark Grey. After all this time I said yes. A week later the truck showed up. Driver said he had my order, but both of the tables he had were badly damaged. He had me look at them in the truck and imagine my surprise when I saw that both table and chairs were Dark Walnut. I took the chairs, driver reported that there was some scratches on them. They sent someone out and touched them up. All that I got from manager Matt was confusion. Now one week ago. One of the chairs a leg came off and dumped me on the floor. Upon inspection, the bolts holding it to the chair pulled out. Holes were drilled too big for the bolts. Now I am waiting for the warranty company to contact me. One week now, not a word. Makes Rooms for less look really bad. When you check where the web site says what to expect, it says they will contact you in 1 to 2 days. Today is day 9. A company is no better than the service you get when there is a problem. Rooms To Go fails. They chose the GPP Guardian to represent them, now they can stand up.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jay Johnson! He is a living definition of the words customer service. Within minutes (no exaggeration) he located me a console for my couch that was recently discontinued. It was supposed to be delivered with our new dining room table back in July. He called me to let me know he had one and told me when to expect it. Thank you Jay! Finally, a breath of fresh air to speak with someone at a business who knows a little bit about customer service..

Great experience with great employees. Shout out to Chris. He welcomed us at the door and was very easy to work with. Chris was also knowledgeable, polite, patient, and helpful. We found exactly what we wanted and at a great price. Very happy overall.

Keith greeted us after we came in the store. He introduced himself and said gave us the general direction of where we needed to go. He said he would check back with us in about 5 minutes. I asked him to give us about 15 AND HE DID! He was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the products! We purchased from RTG. Thanks Keith!

I had been looking for a new living room set for a long time, when I decided to check out Rooms To Go for the first time. I was greeted with a smile by a salesman named Tim.I can be a bit complicated at times, but Tim was very patient and did not pressure me at any point. It took me several trips due to correct measurements and fabric. Yesterday with the help of Tim I finally made my purchase of a new sofa and loveseat.Here he is modeling my new sofa.I had been looking for a new living room set for a long time, when I decided to check out Rooms To Go for the first time.
