“My son has been going here for 2 years and my daughter for about 5 months. The teachers have all been great and they obviously care for the kids. The director Mrs. Shy has been great as well, any time we have had an issues or concerns we have been able to talk to her and she has been receptive and helpful. We feel heard and the issues have been handled appropriately.”

“We were recently scheduled for a tour of the center, we showed up and everyone greeted us upon arrival! I love the open layout of the center, all of the teachers/workers were very friendly and seem to be very hands on with the children. It’s a very homely, warm environment and I personally feel as if that is great! It’ll be easier for the children to adjust that way. I will definitely be enrolling my kids asap! They also informed me they provide diapers and wipes, thats always a plus!”

“My twins attend this school, where Ms. Pringle and Ms. Taylor are their kindergarten teachers. Both teachers have positively impacted my boys in numerous ways. My boys thoroughly enjoy their teachers and have acquired a significant amount of knowledge. They are patient with them and communicate with me regarding all concerns. If I had the option, I would choose them as their first-grade teachers as well!”

“Our experience here has been okay I would say, just wish there was better communication about the child’s transitions from one class to another as well as billing, Was charged incorrectly and it could have put me in a bad place luckily it didn’t the bill was taken care of I get it mistakes happen but it could’ve been worse for another parent. Love the 2 year old morning teacher praise her for being with the terrible 2’s but all together communication here should be worked on as well as daily updates because somedays I get some of them others I get none like today.”

“I was nervous and very particular about where my kids attend daycare and their care. Being that my kids are young and one needs special attention. I have this mindset that some teachers are just at these daycare for the money and not truly passionate about the children but when I came across Child Care Network I could tell the first day of the walk through the teachers really treat children like their very own and with so much love. I have no worries while Im working ...Just a peace of mind. The directors are very loveable, honest and keep you up to date on your kids. I love the weekly updates and real time events on the daily app. This childcare is highly recommended”

“All of my children have grown up at this KinderCare with Mrs. Irma and our experience has been nothing but positive. The teachers are personable, attentive, and very approachable, which has always given me peace of mind.
With my youngest in the infant room, I’m especially particular about his care, and his teachers consistently listen, communicate, and provide thoughtful feedback. When he took his first steps, they were just as excited as I was and made sure I could share in that moment in real time.

“I’m doing this review a bit late but it is much needed. My daughter went here from fall 2022 - summer 2025 and was in almost every classroom during that time. WPK was like our second home, especially since I was a solo parenting active duty mom while my husband was stationed out of state. The teachers were great and caring and treated our daughter like their own. I still stay in communication with them today. Even when our daughter was the one with some behavior issues, they worked with us on how we can all come together as a team to help her out, instead of punishing her or kicking us out like some other facilities probably would have done.
Some of the previous poor reviews, like about the new director coming in and changing things up, well that’s bound to happen with any organization but I think she did a great job with the staff there. I recognized there was less turnover when she came in.
And the review I read about the “5th week” when using Child Care Aware for payments and having to pay even when your child is absent….that is standard at every daycare. You pay for the spot, not the days they’re present. And the 5th week is clearly communicated by not only CCA when you sign up but the daycare sent a reminder at least 2 weeks in advance every-time that occurred.
Anyways, all that to say I enjoyed the staff at WPK, we were sad to leave but we had to move per usual with the military. I would recommend them as they are one of the better childcare facilities when trying to get care off base.”

“Love love love Earthshine!!!We have been there two years since my daughter was ten months old. When they transitioned from full time daycare to part time/drop in/stay and play, we did whatever it took to make it so we could still attend.They have taken all the stress out of potty training and provided loving guidance through all phases up until this point. They really care about the kids and take the time to get to know their families as well. They’ve cheered me on through my nursing school journey and provided an enriching, wholesome environment for my daughter to learn and grow.Forever thankful to their team for loving my child like I do ❤️”

“Our son had never been in daycare, my husband and I visited so many daycares before deciding to enroll him in the Sunshine House. It took some time to adjust (mainly for me) but Ms Tauneka and Ms Desma were there from the beginning and helped make the transition smooth. Ms Tauneka always embraces my child with a warm hug and even brightens my day as soon as we walk in. She made us feel comfortable with me leaving our child at daycare for the first time. My child loves her and always gets excited to see her. It's hard to trust someone with the care of your child without knowing them but Ms Tauneka and Ms Desma were so loving, caring, patient and genuine from the beginning. They are both the example of loving your job and the children you take care of. I would definitely recommend the Sunshine House room 1 for your little ones!”
