Tymekia provides magnificent customer service…I would definitely recommend storing at the castle as Tymekia calls it. Tymekia have always gone out of her way to make sure I have everything I need when it comes to storing my items..She definitely deserve a raise (promotion)

Tymekia was very professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She also has a great memory because she remembered me and my sister from a previous visit. FIve stars, but she gets a 10 in my book!
