“I went here with my daughter when she was a little under 2 in the middle of summer, the line was out the door, my daughter was irritable and my tank was on E so I couldn’t sit in my car to stay in the AC. While sitting in line, my daughter just continued getting more and more irritable and began throwing a full on tantrum in the store. I was working my hardest to try to stop her while others in line looked at me like I had 10 heads, and I knew it was irritating to everyone in line since they were all as hot and tired of waiting as I was. A nice man who worked here came up to me in line to tell me it was okay and asked me what I needed so that he could get me through the line quicker. I don’t know if he was doing it for me, for himself or for everyone in line but I will always remember and appreciate that moment. If you see this, thank you Mr. UPS store man ❤️”
“I had to return a bulky item so it had to go to the shipping center directly. My only complaint was how far I had to drive. But once there everything went smoothly the staff were very knowledgeable and got my order going very quickly and I was done within 5mins. It’s pays to be prepared and have all of your shipping information available before you go into the store.”
“I sell some stuff on eBay and other places, and I make it a point to go to this store to ship. The post office is just up the road and sometimes a little cheaper. Anyway, the people who work there are very nice, nicer than you would expect for as busy as they are. Also, everyone is very fast and efficient, so you don't have to wait long, even if the line goes through the whole store. In fact, I am headed there now to ship a few boxes. I know they will be friendly and welcoming.”
