I went here twice and both times the employees were cold and bothered, none of them smiled or offered a greeting. The last time I went, they said what I ordered online was sold out and offered to make me something else. It was the sloppiest, most unappetizing sandwich I had ever seen. The bacon was raw...RAW!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves.

Order was completely wrong. Should have looked before leaving store. Ordered coffee wound up with hot chocolate. On the positive side the staff was friendly and service was fast, just wrong.

Always a experience, I mean come on it's Starbucks! Went in to get a grilled cheese to accompany my soup I made, so yeah, great friendly staff and fairly quick.. I did ho inside...Parking: Plenty of space.

Geez Louise! This place is sooooo sloooooow. My advice: Place your order, do your grocery shopping, and then return for your drink. It might be finished by then.

Terrible service. Waited over 10 minutes just to order. I ended up leaving and there was 4 customers behind me. I will NOT be returning to this location.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I have been a Starbucks customer since I can remember. The staff here are very unprofessional, and not friendly. I did an mobile app order today, with a pastry and coffee. When I approached the Starbucks counter to pick up my order I noticed my Danish was in the plastic, and cold like someone had just took it out the freezer. I waited 15 minutes just for someone to notice me waiting, not one person said anything.( I ordered my Danish warm) After waiting 15 minutes, I explained to the cashier what was wrong with my order. The young lady made me aware that all pastries are served in plastic and cold. I never have visited any locations and placed an order, and received my order cold. The young lady was very rude, about the entire situation. Needless to say I will not be returning back to this location.

I did a mobile order for my iced coffee. It said my order would be ready around 6:10. I got there a little before. I waited for others to get their order only to see mine still sitting behind the counter. It was ready minus my cream foam ; which they barely mixed when they added it. It sat on the counter for about 5-7 minutes with no lid on it. Usually this wouldn’t bother me however there were gnats and flies flying around it. I didn’t have time to ask for a fresh drink as I was heading to work. Just very disappointed in the overall order and customer service.

We have been to this location 3 times in the past few weeks. One experience was fantastic, friendly, fast, and the best cold foam, hence the two stars.The other two were the exact opposite. They only blended the cold foam for a few seconds and it completely just melted into the drinks. Furthermore, whoever is the manager here treats her employees horribly, loudly yelling at and scolding them during a time when the location wasn’t even busy so we find it hard to believe they were doing anything wrong. Further, she does not look at you while ordering (too busy scribbling on a piece of receipt paper) and therefore has to reenter your order 3 times. Overall very rude to customers and employees.

Order two drinks for mobile pickup. They were not tracking them. Asked what we had and we assumed they would look for the receipt to make it. We were given the drinks with no sugar. ? Really poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Always get the grande size in refreshers. There's only a 30 cent difference between that and a small. I wish the barista had warned me.
