FANTASTIC customer service from the office to service employees. We ran out of gas in the middle of the night on a cold day and they came after hours to fill it up and do an inspection to make sure we didn’t have a leak of any sorts. They were so quick and efficient. Thank you so much Team

Do Not Use. I contacted them regarding the pick up of THEIR company owned equipment. A time was scheduled. They picked up hours, before notifying me that they were on their way and charged me after the fact. There was never a mention of cost or payment. They just sent a bill. Immediately I called 4 separate times to get clarification in case it was by accident. No one could answer my questions and simply stated that someone would call me back. No one did. When I called the corporate office, they stated that they have nothing to do with charges and I would need to call my local office. Do Not Use! I am still waiting to hear back from Suburban. The only contact they have had with me was asking me to write this review. Do Not Use Suburban.

Call to have propane tank installed and set up with a gas log fireplace after they disassembled and inspected the fireplace, it was reassembled incorrectly :ie, exhausting into the house instead of outside, never put the into the schedule to have the tank filled,if I didn't call I would have a tank, fireplace and no propane

I have no complaint about the delivery except cost. $5.159 per gallon is too far above the other two choices here. Come this spring, you may expect to pick up your tank.

The driver provided very quick and very professional service. He's always polite, respectful and courteous. On top of all that, he always has a great smile. Somehow, that makes me feel better when paying the bill. Lol! Seriously though, I actually enjoy seeing him and doing business with Suburban Propane. These guys have a great team!

The service is great, however I do have to caution the Tech's that come to my house. I own dogs, and have signs posted to that effect. Please knock on the front door to let us know you are entering the back yard where the dogs are located. The last visit almost cost the Tech a bite. The dogs were being let out into the back yard where the Tech was without us knowing he was there. Thankfully we spotted him before the dogs got to him. Over all though the service is great.

I have tried to be patient with this company. Last year they broke my garden hose reel and did not leave a note or offer to solve the issue. Two weeks ago I called to report the blower for my gas log fire place was not working. They scheduled me for the soonest appointment which was two weeks away. The day before the appointment they call to tell me they don't work on blowers and do not know who does. I have wasted time waiting for this company to fix something they KNEW they could not fix when the appointment was scheduled. I suggest going with another gas company!

Ive been a gas customer for 12 years now and don't see me leaving any time soon. They are a great company and service their customers in an excellent way. Would recommend to any new customers.

the girls in the office are very nice, when the man came out he told me to hurry because he was late i said sorry I can't hurry because I am recovering from back surgery so for that i gave you a 3 star normally i would give a 5 star

No issues whatsoever. They charge significantly less than the competition and deliver the same service (price gouging is unfortunately common). They are quick to answer the phone and very friendly. I would recommend.

My bill went from 55 to 250 any they have no explanation just telling me it’s based off usage, it’s been 70 degrees almost all month it’s not usage the heat is barely on and there’s no way I’ve used that much in hot water. All they could tell me was to contact maintenance at my apartment but maintenance is going to pay my bill or get it reduce for faulty equipment or a bad meter. I thought I would never say this but I want to go back to PWC.
