That was rough, the employee didn’t know what they were doing. I couldn’t hear anything they were saying. The work station was a mess, they kept skipping people in the line. I had said I wanted just my meat heated and they clearly didn’t know how to do that. Then they tried to put the cheese in the meat to hear it, and I said for a 5th time just the meat heated. When it came to put the toppings on… they would put so little amount on. And when asked for more they would put the tiniest amount on. Then I asked for a sauce. The sauce was clearly empty and instead on going in the back and getting more or asking someone where it would be they looked at me like “what do you want me to do” when I asked for more they shook the bottle squeezed it and nothing came out and they set it down and moved on. Now I can understand a new employee and not knowing their way around. That’s completely understandable and no issue with that. Where the issue comes if you know they are new someone needs to be guiding them as a trainer. Not letting them loose and clearly struggling. It’s not fair to the customer or the employee!

we went in to order 5 sandwichs nothing crazy one guy set the bread up and walked away told another guy to do he came over high I believe refused to take our order and took the guy behind us some older lady came to do our sandwiches higher than the other guy stopped mid sandwich (first sandwich) to get cookies which the oven never beeped (I’ve worked for subway) she tried to put it on the cooling rack for a good 10 min while nodding out!!!!! she was slurring her words we couldn’t even make out what she was saying when we looked for another worker they all were in the back and the poor man behind us was still waiting for his 1 sandwich I ended up walking out!! and she was nodded off in the cooling rack with the cookies I will be reporting this location to headquarters

Always are professional every morning I go. There is one lady who is always there alone. Sometimes things are forgotten on my mobile order but she fixes them right away. If there is another employee they are just so sweet and nice.

This location has always been hit or miss, but it's conveniently close to me so it was never so bad I'd stop going... Until my last two visits. To keep it short the first time I went I stood there for five minutes watching the employee do other task but okay whatever, she had work to do.However as she was finishing up my sandwich she legit just let a customer that had just walked in skip me because they were just getting a couple cookies and maybe a drink... It takes the same amount of time to ring out either. The other customer even stepped back to let me go and the employee still told her to come up.Tonight there was no incident with the staff but when I got home with my sandwich the bread was rock solid... I literally hit it on my coffee table and it was flaking and cracking. Inedible. Can't say I'll be trying this again for a while.

I’m tired of coming to this location and having an issue. Last time the black guy with the braids gave me an issue. Today at 5:57 pm the black woman got a real nasty attitude cause I specifically told her extra meat on the pizza sub. Yes I had to get nasty. What is it about this location and a pizza sub. She stopped making my sandwich and called the regular guy to make it. I said I wasn’t coming back and I won’t this time. Need a new crew to work with the regular guy if you don’t like your job get a different one.

Great food ... fresh... staff friendly and helpful. Only Negative, take the sticker advertising off the glass. Customers can't even see what's available to go on the subs.

Usually the service at this location is awesome. Not so this time. My friend and I stopped to get a 6". We were served by two different servers. There is something about preparing food with love. You know, like you really want your customer to enjoy their meal. Your smile, your voice, your interaction all goes into meal preparation. So when I leave feeling as though you just tossed some meat on a bread, shoved it in the oven then tossed some veggies as described on the menu without even engaging me as to whether I want a bit more of this or less of that, you get this type of review. Just take a look at the packaging and you will understand my peeve. One nicely wrapped with a sticker; the other just...wrapped.

I’ve noticed a steady decline of service quality at Subway since covid started. But the lady who served me tonight was the most polite subway worker I have had in at least 3 years.... I came in with about 8 min before close and she was still very polite and did not appear to be annoyed that I came in so close to close.All I can say is thank you!I’m definitely coming back

Madison was friendly, efficient, and got my order perfect. Very clean and well managed facility with 30min parking option. Bathrooms available for Subway patrons. Will definitely be returning .
