The Fayetteville location has the WORST customer service ever. Every month I wait 15-20 minutes for the representative to "get back to me". The office is not that busy, when I drive by there's usually one vehicle-employee. I don't understand why it takes so long to handle my transaction.Please retrain/replace the representative @ this location.

I’ve been with this company For 12 years and I don’t know but the last past two years staff has been disrespectful. They barely answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for an hour, then don’t even pick up. So then you hang up to call back and they don’t answer the phone. After my policy is up, I am going to look elsewhere because customer service is horrible. They don’t report to DMV that you renewed your insurance when you switch insurance is so then you get pulled over by state trooper and get your ticket And tags removed because you’re driving without insurance when you actually have insurance they just didn’t report it. I’ve had such a bad experience this year. I wouldn’t recommend anyone and I mean anyone to go to this company.

Horrible customer service and very unorganized. One of the most unprofessional customer service experience I have had to date. There are many other insurance option and I suggest you go with someone else.

Helpful 7/10 times when you call. They of course have their girls with an attitude, but who doesn’t? I give a four out of ten really for my last phone call alone. Sounded liked a Hispanic girl maybe just by her accent. Anyway, she was AMAZING.

Each and every time that I have contacted this agency via phone, to verify coverage for a customer, I am placed on hold and no one EVER comes back to the line. I'm talking 8-9 minutes of holding the line, just to have to hang up and call back. More often than not, when calling back, it's the same routine. They are rude and dry over the phone. Everyone there needs a crash course on customer service.

Very rude staff. They gave me a price on insurance then got my first month's bill In the mail and it had went up. Then the next month's bill had went up then Then I got my next month bill had went up again.. So I questioned the reason for the price going up and they told me to call the main office so I did and the main office told me that the office In Fayetteville was making mistakes and I needed to contact them back. So I did and they told me that the Main company told me that because they didn't want to deal with me???? What kind of company says & does that ? That's not how you uphold a company. Nobody was wanting to help they just keep giving me the go around. Highly disappointed in the company. If i could rate a 0 I definitely would. So sad. Then everytime I went into the office In Fayetteville all the employees were on the phone gossiping about there home lives and etc. Very poor service
