Coffee is always hot and served after 9pm?.In fact there is no surrounding stores that open as early as Freddies Food Mart that can compare besides Food lion and Wal Mart?? so Ill give this spot a 5 star hands down”

“Best and fastest service I’ve ever experienced at any Publix! The tech, Tiffany, was sweet and patient with me. The pharmacist, Natasha, was also a pleasure and knowledgeable. I was even able to check out some grocery without an issue. I don’t look forward to being sick again, but if I do- I will be back here! Keep up the good work ladies!”
“Usually, I do not leave reviews, but I must leave Review for the cashier I experienced tonight. Akiera I just want you to know that even though I didn’t show it you made my night tonight with how kind you were and it’s rare to find customer service nowadays, I was not only here for bad news that I just found out and had to come in and drive from out of town so I stopped by to grab a couple things before I got to my family members house. You Need to not be all the way at the very end of those registers because that store needs your customer service to be what people see when they walk in. I hope that you read the reviews and see this because you we need more of. Our experience several other employees and got two other smiles out the whole store! But neither said hey, how are you doing? Is there anything I can help you with? You walked around your register and took time to help me not knowing I was getting ready to break down if I couldn’t find a particular candy for a family member who we have 24 hours left with. Thank you I don’t know if you just felt my energy, but I definitely wasn’t trying to show it and you walked around and stopped what you were doing and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully your managers read this and they make adjustments Because you definitely don’t need to be anywhere hidden. You guys need to put this young lady where she deals with customers if you want better results. Bring back the good customer service like she had with me tonight, like hey how are you doing? With you guys been right by the hospital, the store should think As a whole. Unfortunately, right next-door there’s a cafeteria that closes inside the hospital or the food. Yes, it’s just a review, but she encountered somebody From out of town Whose name goes pretty far.
