Buyer beware t-mobile are some funny mathin scammers ... went in to switch from spectrum (paying $164 for 4lines ) to t-mobile because they had the promotion switch 4 lines and get the s24 free ... for 105$ a month phones on them.. proceeded to sit there at the table for over an hour they mathed up the # trading in 3 phones which was ($2300) and we got "800" in port credits and and and the sales lady's "personal " life time 20% discount to be told our bill would be $225 a month... now how a phone gonna be free and the plan is $105 turn into $225 a month with over "$3100" in t-mobile credits ... I may be from stedman but something ain't right there!And that my friends ain't all the guy with the rough skin fade with the mushroom patch hair cut that aparently is a manager in training comes over to "assist" and stands over us rolling his eyes the entire time tells us that's the price we gonna have to pay to get top tier phones lmao lmao ? then I showed him I can buy the same phone next door at best buy out right for $899 look Ida been ok t-mobile if mushroom head hadn't came over being a condescending jerk and let me go when I wanted too but naw .. it's silly how yall have over 50 different plans and variations to every plan that each have their own stipulations.. look don't lie .. don't be jerks... and don't waste my time... this seems like deceptive sales to me if yall gotta scam people to get customers something wrong .. t-mobile yall wanna talk to me directly I got more but honestly I'm tired of typing and I'm sure people here will get the idea!!!

bad attitudes and long waits @2050 skibo rd. they don’t explain if you don’t understand. i’m switching services bc of these associates. goodbye T-mobile. you are on the bottom like Verizon.

I switched my phone over from Verizon today and Bobbie made the experience as painless as possible. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. I upgraded to a new phone and a smart watch. She set everything up for me and even got my discounts I wasn't aware of. Thank you so much for all the help. These days every bit of money you can save is helpful.

Great customer service was in and out of the store fairly quickly and purchased the T-Mobile Wi-Fi homebox for my home. The Wi-Fi is excellent on my Wi-Fi box. So far I have no complaints and I will come here again when I need to upgrade my phone.

Wait time is crazy. Associate tried to take care of everyone by herself while we waited for her to come back to the table. Other associated handling business over the phone while engaged with customers. This place needs a better system. The one they have is broken.

Nice store in a good location. Sales people seem to be quite knowledgeable. Go there before 5 o’clock for best service waiting times.

Went to store to get a screen protector put on and Zagg shield because the previous one was put on bubbly I asked Bobbi could she put it on and do a good job she told me no it would be better for me to put it on myself because if she put it on it will bubbly like that it’s good to be honest but really if you didn’t want to put it on all you had to do was say no instead of lie to my face I should went to another store and bought items hopefully I want have to return to this store

Came here to look for a new phone. Found out that I did not qualify for the promotion I was hoping for. It was extremely busy even with five CS reps helping everyone; three people walked out after quite a lengthy wait. I had been here twice before though and didn't wait at all. Most of the rep seem very knowledgeable.
