Absolutely excellent experience with Dr. Paul today. Bones are back where they belong and nothing was forced or painful. Very very very good team. I will go back!

Doctor Jones was very experienced and she knew a lot about pregnancy which helped me feel more comfortable going pregnant. My back hurts after the adjustment but that’s only because I’ve never been adjusted before. The only thing I will say is I was waiting since 10 and got seen at 11, I had an appt at 10 but the joint is a first come first serve and walk in basis and since I was a new patient someone before me came and got seen first, I also had paper work to fill out so even if I came before the doors open I still probably would have not been seen faster but for future visits I should be fine to be seen and hopefully when I come in for my appointment, I can be seen right away.

A wonderful first time experience here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Ellis was very attentive, informative, and caring. The ladies at the check in desk were also super nice and helpful. I'm happy I found The Joint Chiropractic and will definitely be a regular patient now.

I love love love the chiropractic care I’ve received here. Dr Jones and Dr Watkins are especially wonderful but I’ve never had a bad experience with a visit no matter who I see. All the Drs take time to hear what is bothering me and how I’m doing, and explain what they are doing to help whatever pain or discomfort I may be experiencing. The ladies at the front are so welcoming and wonderful. Huge plus, they are a very family friendly place and my son loves coming with me for my adjustments.

Do not recommend at all if you are a soldier. They had me sign up to receive a discount then once I was out of town, I called to cancel over the phone. Was told I had to come in person to cancel. 5 months later, I was able to physically be there to cancel and was told I could not be refunded for the months of receiving absolutely no service. Avoid at all Cost unless you have free money to donate to scammers!

First time appointment it was so smooth and easy. Fill out my target point and he released so much tension in my shoulder and back. I only paid $19 for Miltary discount first appointment and I’m going to do the $69 monthly membership can’t wait for next one already.

I was hesitant with having an adjustment because of a previous surgery and the issues relating to my neck/nerves. However, the Dr reassured of why it would be beneficial, knowing I was not too keen on the idea. He read over all of my medical documents I brought as we discussed all options and what he would be adjusting and the outcome. He fully explained my MRI results better than my PCM or Surgeon, which really put me at ease of how a specific treatment plan would be implemented to see how it goes and be reevaluated after a certain time frame. My first adjustment was a shocker because of just how many 'cracks' I got to experience! I am looking forward to the next time and really hope I continue to improve throughout the process. Thank you;)

Let me tell you why I still will pay out of pocket to go to the joint chiropractic even though I have chiropractic benefits through my employer's insurance. To start, I was a clinical massage therapist for 15 years working alongside chiropractors the majority of my career. Convenience is a major factor for me. I love the fact that they are open late and on Saturdays. I never need an appointment. I can just walk in and normally within 10 to 15 minutes, I'm with a chiropractic practitioner and being evaluated from my adjustments. The quality of care provided is exceptional and even if you see a different chiropractic physician, they can see what the previous doctor had seen and the adjustments at your prior visits. The walk-in adjustment price of $45 is extremely reasonable and the joint is FSA approved and the package prices that are offered provide even greater discounts and a lower price per visit than what my insurance copay would be. I am happy with every single chiropractic practitioner I have seen at the Fayetteville North Carolina location of the joint! Let me also say that the front desk staff keep the location. Absolutely Spotless, smelling wonderful, and provide the utmost courtesy and active response to every customer that walks in the door. Take it from someone who lived in the industry for over a decade, this is definitely a revolution in acute care and wellness care!

First time customer. Made appointment in advance. They called and cancelled my appointment with little notice. Sorry folks, I needed this, now you lost this customer for life. You don't burn new patients.

This was my first time going to any chiropractor and it was really easy and enjoyable. The staff were super helpful and i’ll definitely be going back. I was a little nervous so the doctor explained all the motions before she did them

They don’t explain the visits well or that you will have to pay extra, I had one visit left and didn’t realize was a day late to use my last one & had to pay a one time fee yet I already paid for my 4 visits ahead of time. Wasted $45 for 5 minutes. Nobody said you have no more visits and have to pay. If the lady at the desk told me I had to pay I wouldn’t of tried to even go in, wasn’t a misunderstanding no one told me I had to pay again… get a better desk staff, my bank is working on getting my money back
