Came here with my sister and they kept eyeing us and following us around. Also tried on some clothes. I had my sister come in for a second to see what she thought bc I didn’t feel comfortable stepping out, as it was busy and there were a lot of ppl outside of the fitting rooms. My sister was standing 1/2 way in with the door cracked when an employee came and tried to open the door, she then poked her head in and told us we couldn’t both be in the room. It upset me beyond measure. I wish I slammed the door on her. I will NEVER come back again.

Kept being harassed by same employee who followed me around every two seconds ( are you finding everything ok?) over 100 times for 10 mins. Finally I just left. Bad customer service there. Not like I’m risking my freedom for a item from tillys!

Absolutely LOVE Tillys. The prices are not so bad and the variety of everything is really great. The customer service is always at its best when I'm there. Also, the changing rooms are OPEN!!! You can actually try on the jeans to make sure they fit!

In my 31 years of living I've never been racially profiled until 3/7/2019. Meghan the store manager followed me around so long the young ladies at the counter need assistance because the line was backed up. She asked five times did I need help and each time I smiled and told her no. When I was ready to check out I was forced to leave the line because it was backed up. Once I left the line to look around of course Meghan left the register to follow me again. The most hurtful thing I have encountered in My life and it was highly unprofessional for her to leave her coworkers hanging to follow me around the store and I only purchased once damn shirt.

Went to return items bought as a gift. The assistant manager Sherene, told us to pick items out equal to the value of the return. We walked around the store for about fifteen minutes and we were approached by another assistance manager Mehgan who then gave us a remarkably difficult time. We did not have a receipt and we're happy to have to purchase other items, even though it is not the type of store I frequent. Then she said she will NOT take the items until she finds the receipt. My husband paid cash during the holidays and the receipt, as many people do, misplaced it. After being harangued by Mehgan for about twenty minutes I asked for the district manager's phone number. Instead she called the district manager and walked away from me allowing her to give only the facts she wanted to convey. Then came the verbatim. "Company policy blah blah blah". I explained that I have wasted an hour and YOUR assistant manager told us to find replacement items. I believe if her management said this she should abide by it since it is HER manager. Same verbatim, I am sorry BUT, I will talk with her and it won't happen again. Well whooped de doo. That does nothing for me. So now I am out of money and wasted my time as well as been aggravated by several incompetent employees who can't think, just follow orders. NEVER SHOP HERE!

This store is racist!!! I’ve given them sever chances. First time me and my boyfriend who had his ARMY uniform on were being followed around the store the manager was very rude towards us. Not a single employee spoke asked if we needed help they gave dirty looks and followed us around!

Liked it there but today I hought a watch that was 130 dollars and it doesn't even have a working battery. I am very disappointed with this store

I didn't have interaction with the store manager...just the sales associates. The salespeople are professional and very helpful. I believe it's better than a PacSun because of the type of clothing available at Tilly's. Tilly's is a mixture of your "at home surf shop" and Buckle...you'll find your O'Neill, Roxy, and Volcom clothing line (among other things...like RSQ jeans). Since Fayetteville, NC lacks a surf shop, your next best bet would be Tilly's. They also have a youth section for your 8-12 year old kids.

This store is a great addition to the mall; it reminds me almost of Pacsun with a flair. The associates were all very helpful with spunk besides the assistant manager (wish I knew his name), he has a very unpleasant attitude. Hopefully he is dealt with soon because just in my time of being in line I notice a couple get turned off toward him.
