Tried the chicken bacon ranch, and it was gross, to say the least! I've eaten it at othe locations and it was fresh and delicious...but this location was not comparable. The chicken was cold, mushy, and uncooked, lettuce was old and there was so much ranch on it you couldn't taste anything else. ? Needless to say I couldn't eat it.

Why is it that everytime I come in here I have to wait for these kids to get off their phone before they take my order ? it’s happened twice in the same week.

This tropical cafe in my opinion is always welcoming with good vibes. Employees-They all seem happy to be at work even if that’s not the case they come across with positivity and they always make my smoothie perfect.

I ordered their wrap and smoothie combo and only received the smoothie from the combo but the smoothie did not look right, so I didn’t even drink it. I called to get an immediate refund and I only got refunded for the wraps and not the smoothie. I was told that because I had received the smoothie, I cannot get a refund for it. This tell me that there’s no one to make sure that the delivery guys get the right correct order. I would definitely double check and make sure everything’s fine before I leave from there.

My wife and I frequently order from the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Andrews Road. Not sure if that will happen again. This Sunday evening we were relaxing during a rainy day enjoying movies in our living room decorated for the holidays trying to decide what we wanted to eat. My wife decided she wanted another Chipotle Ranch Wrap. After the gym yesterday we had wraps for lunch I got the chicken and bacon. Our food arrived and we begin to eat. 10 minutes into the meal my wife shrieks and pulls a piece of wax paper out of her mouth. Obviously I’m immediately on the phone with the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager who halfway through conversation laughed and said it wasn’t me that made the sandwich…….I literally stopped to make sure she was in the same conversation as I was. When I asked her what her name was she says, “Everybody calls me D!” At this point I realize I’m speaking to a child. And asked for a refund. She then says, I can’t get to right now we are kinda busy”. No words can express how outdone I am right now. This is completely unacceptable. I know young folk need to work but the owners of these establishments need to teach their employees what customer service looks and sounds like. Unprofessional, Unpleasant, Unsatisfactory.

When u come into the location, lately workers are behind. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order. The cashier took a call and walked off. So lady making sandwiches took my order and made my smoothie. I'm confused because I always shop at this location but they falling off. I guess phone calls are more important, Tham the customer in front of you!

Went here for the first time in probably years and was let down. I got the same smoothie i always get and it was so bland. Like they used too much ice and not enough ingredients. Also i saw someone ask if they could have the left over from her smoothie and they were told no and then i watched the employee trash the leftover smoothie. Just seemed a little wasteful.

this is for the tropical smoothie across from jack britt high school. i worked there for about 3 months. this store is absolutely disgusting. the health inspector came in february and gave the store a 93 which is GENEROUS! (they hide the inspection rating from the public) everything in there is sticky, expired food on the lines, flies and roaches everywhere. we found roaches in the ice maker and the manager jamie told us to keep the store open and just "scoop them out". me nor my coworkers felt comfortable serving the public under those conditions and we all got fired, one of us also got food poisoning the last time we ate there. i seriously do not recommend you spend your money here, unless you don't mind paying for overpriced bug smoothies and expired food!

You are absolutely delicious! I am a raving fan and will continue to purchase my smoothies here. I used to hand blend mine which became too tedious so I tried yens one day. I actually like your smoothies better than my hand blends. Congratulations

Bahama mama smoothie very tasty first time having it. Service friendly and quick. Very nice workers in the store.
