Have been home all day- it’s only noon and I have a message that they “couldn’t reach me” for delivery and my package will be held. No one rang my doorbell, knocked on my door and I didn’t even hear the dogs bark once - such a waste of my time to have to deal with this since someone clearly couldn’t do their job.

PRIVACY BREACH PERSONAL INFORMATION NOT SAFE HERE !!! One of the employees Deanna gave my information out to someone I was taking to court that she obtained by taking photos on her personal phone and sending them off when I told the manager she told me that I had to take it up with her on her own time after I called corporate they then called me with a half ass apology if I could give 0 stars I would bc after it was sent out the person I was taking to court tried to use it against me and started harassing me she even gave them the name of who I had print the documents off mind you the girl still works there

I sell some stuff on eBay and other places, and I make it a point to go to this store to ship. The post office is just up the road and sometimes a little cheaper. Anyway, the people who work there are very nice, nicer than you would expect for as busy as they are. Also, everyone is very fast and efficient, so you don't have to wait long, even if the line goes through the whole store. In fact, I am headed there now to ship a few boxes. I know they will be friendly and welcoming.

The people that work in this place are the most rude, passive aggressive people. I only go in here as a last resort and regret it every time. If you can go somewhere else for anything this place offers, I strongly suggest it.

Went with a return to Nike for a pair of shoes that didn’t fit and they literally stole the shoes out of the box and sent them an empty box. When I dropped off the return for the shoes the weight was 4 lbs when Nike got the return the package weight was less than one pound.

This is an exceptionally well-managed business.They have mailed my packages for well over a year and have always done a good job. I appreciate their hard work and am happy to have a place from which to send my packages. The staff are dependable, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Keep up the good work, guys!!

Long line. One attendant. The rest of the staff are in the back fighting and yelling like children. Sad to say, its always like that.

Always busy, always a line. Staff often tries to help and be swift about the transactions. They do have the Amazon returns process set up nicely and I have never had a problem sending something back with them.

I had the last experience I will have at this location because of the terrible service. Everytime I have gone it has been to have a document notarized. I always end up having to be attended to by the older lady black lady with short hair. She is always rude and disrespectful. The last time I went she mumbled under her breath and she walked away from the counter and she never came back.
