My daughter stopped ona Friday to ask about getting a document notarized on Sunday? She was told 4pm. We get there on Sunday at 310pm only to be told notary closes 3pm! The worst customer service! This guy had a huge attitude like (you people get the hell out!)

I went here with my daughter when she was a little under 2 in the middle of summer, the line was out the door, my daughter was irritable and my tank was on E so I couldn’t sit in my car to stay in the AC. While sitting in line, my daughter just continued getting more and more irritable and began throwing a full on tantrum in the store. I was working my hardest to try to stop her while others in line looked at me like I had 10 heads, and I knew it was irritating to everyone in line since they were all as hot and tired of waiting as I was. A nice man who worked here came up to me in line to tell me it was okay and asked me what I needed so that he could get me through the line quicker. I don’t know if he was doing it for me, for himself or for everyone in line but I will always remember and appreciate that moment. If you see this, thank you Mr. UPS store man ❤️

I returned my wifi equipment prior to my move and it never got to the wifi company. Luckily they (the wifi company) worked with me to void the transaction but either there is some fishy stuff going on at this location or someone didn't do their job correctly. Either way, extra headache for me when not necessary.

At this UPS Location I was extremely pleased and impressed with the service I received from an amazing representative named Torey.
Her courtesy and professionalism was outstanding. The way she took care of my packages was unparalleled!
Her actions reflect well deserved credit on her, other shipping representatives, and on the entire UPS community as a whole! She should be commended!

Most times, The UPS store is quick serving, and they are always polite and friendly. Every time I have gone here, Service is always good, even If lines are long, it does not take so long and there are counter/ registers open for busy times. ALSO, there is such a positivity toward the customer. What I mean is sometimes you walk into a store or service center and the workers are robotic on greeting, or seem to have had a bad day. This UPS store always seems like the workers actually like and appreciate their jobs.

OUTSTANDING! Lisa at the printshop stayed late and worked with me on a last-second print order. She was kind, professional, understanding, and made sure that I got my order correctly. THANK YOU LISA! If it were not for her, I would not have programs for a very special ceremony.

I went in today and was helped by the kindest woman. I am unsure of her name, but I believe she had a nose ring. I had my baby strapped to my chest and needed to get equipment out of a big box I was carrying and she was nice enough to help me out. Her kindness helped turn my day around as I was very frazzled before I walked in so I thought I would leave a review and say how great she was! (:

Terrible encounter with rude customer service agent Mark. He’s unprofessional, but I would soon learn that is a requirement for that location UPS employees. After providing all necessary information to mail my package to include spelling and numbers, the information was either incorrect or not there at all. Mark became frustrated and even more shirt with his interaction with me. I asked to finish the transaction then finish my last 2 with someone else. I then asked to speak with a manager, and the reply was that there was not one there I asked to speak to someone more senior, and I was instructed no one was available.I hen asked to speak to the older white woman who’d serviced me before, I can only speculate that she refused to come out because two other employees came out, asking to leave my name and phone number. Their demeanors were very defensive to include the little girl with all the piercings in her face and the age white man with the shaggy bob hairstyle. I asked for clarification on certain procedures in which I was never provided an answer but was told that they were refusing to service me and asked me to leave. I felt the integrity of my package may become an issue and asked for my package to be returned to me and postage refunded. The aged shaggy bob hairstyled guy informed me that I could not get a refund and I would have to wait until the manager returned in a couple hours or whenever. I have to say, not one time did I raise my voice for the disrespectful to any of the staff I was nearly there to mail my packages and after the negative interaction with Mark I wanted to inform the manager of my interaction from a customer’s perspective. I completely understand that people have that days, but just no need to take it out on the customer. I am paying for service. It is not being provided free to me and that’s all I simply wanted to convey to management. The fact that the owner which is the older white lady was hiding behind the wall and refused to come out to speak to me, demonstrated that she is fully aware of how her staff conduct themselves in a professional manner. I needed to contact enforcement to have them come out and ask for the return of my package in which the same shaggy bob hairstyle guy who had informed me that I was not able to get a refund…conducted my refund and returned my package without any further incident.
Have attended this store several occasions and witness the same behavior Mark provided me today with other customers so I know that this was not a rare occurrence. I do not recommend people who value customer service or common courtesy to visit this store for their packaging needs.

Mark, Mike, KateLynn, and Tristan provide exceptional greetings and customer service to all. I observed them while in line and was touched by their greeting in which I also received and appreciated. Exceptional Customer Service. What a great team!
