United States postal service lost one of my bills I mailed out on the 3th and just made excuses for losing my mail

Unprofessional, disrespectful and unhelpful. Abysmal customer interaction; they do not provide ‘service’ because that takes effort. How are they able to be employed?

Not easy to talk to a real person to get info. Clerks did not answer phone at Brighton St. Office.
