Two of my packages that had premium shipping paid for were here. Instead of going out for delivery, they were sent from the local distribution center to a center hours away near Jacksonville.

Completely under staffed waited in line for 15 minutes with a few other customers before we were helped. There was only one window open and some even left because they didn’t want to wait any longer.
