I went to this location to return an item back to seller on ebay and as i approached the clerk lady said i needed tape and I accidentally interrupted her and she goes to say “if you let me finish you would know where its at” and the lady next to me was laughing
then i got the box taped went back to the lady and she says “that tape isn’t going to work out you need to get the other tape that costs 1.79 and maybe if you haven’t walked away you would know”
What is the reason for this hostility for??? I was never difficult or anything I accidentally interrupted her asking where the tape was and after that i was quiet let her talk and she goes on to say if you hadn’t walked away you would know
I was just walking where i was directed to i never walked away as in ignoring her the lady was very quick to get a attitude and overall not helpful and behaves nasty

Working in the post office has got to be a tough job people are rude and unforgiving but the ladies who have helped me here have always been super nice, and my carrier has always been too. EDIT: lately I'm getting bills 10 days late, at that point why bother?

do better 🤷♀️ yall mail carriers don’t deliver what they’re supposed too or put it at the wrong house constantly, if you don’t know how to do your job get a new job. Had the guy hit our trash cans on multiple occasions ON trash day so it’s not like they’re sitting out there “in the way” for no reason and they’re on the grass so still don’t know why they’re getting hit 🙄 has put our packages as “non deliverable” saying we had dogs outside but i literally have him on camera not even getting out of his truck and our dogs aren’t even out there

Dropped off a priority package last Wednesday and it was never scanned in by the workers. Lost a sale because of it.

Rude and unhelpful. Will not try to understand why you have an issue, and treat you like a child for no apparent reason. And they wonder why no one wants to go here.

Alison at the package counter has been a pain to work with everytime I go there. Not just to me, but EVERY customer I see go to her in her line is always treated horribly with SEVERE and undeserved attitude. She is not a person who should be working in customer service, I came to drop off a package and use my QR code so she could generate the label/print it out for me (since I've been doing it regularly and encouraged to do so since it's easier on their end..) She is literally scowling at me asking me where my label is, and slamming her scanner on the counter giving the WORST ATTITUDE I'VE EVER SEEN. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FOR AN OLDER WOMAN. I never leave these type of reviews unless they're warranted or regular behavior. But it's CONSTANT with her. Hope she gets a better attitude or job she can be miserable in.

Post office opens at 8:30, doors are still locked by 8:40. While the staff are putting around behind the counter. I work long hours and was trying to pick up a package, on my way to work. I'm retired and can't stand around all day waiting for them to unlock the door

Would give zero stars if i could. I just checked the mail today after waiting a month for a package from japan to find a final notice or the package would be RTS if i didn’t pick up from the local office.
Today is 3Jan25 and the date on the paper was 22Dec24… NOBODY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER ANYTHING.
After calling the main line i was told it was out for delivery on 17Dec and nobody was home but I have been working from home all month… No help whatsoever so this package is now in miami about to be sent back to japan with no way to reverse the route. Hopefully the supplier works with me but this office is terrible and just hired anybody to be a delivery driver.
