Switch phone service from T-mobile to Verizon and the same bull , the talk a good game to get your business, and then you get poor service and rude service reps in the store .

Thanks to Ian, we have had great interactions at this Verizon store. He took the time to answer all of our questions while helping us get our new phones. Ian could not be more helpful and considerate. His customer service is top-notch and so appreciated!

Go to any other Verizon store. I walked in wanting to pay off 3 devices and get rid of one line and the man that greeted me has all the capability to help me in his tablet but would rather put me on the phone with customer service. Currently been on hold for almost 10mins. Multiple employees just walking around… hiding in the corner.. if I wanted to call customer service I’d do it from home. Not going out my way to drive to the store to get told to call customer service. This is ridiculous. I’m leaving. Terrible service. Employee more worried about creasing his concord shoes than helping me pay for my devices and services.

I'm beginning to think Verizon's motto is "just say whatever it takes to get their money" They don't care about the customer or integrity. Agent put a bogus address on our account to make it look like we could get internet at our home. We found out months later after frequent attempts to figure out why our internet was slow & kept disconnecting. Through out our time with Verizon we've been fed lie after lie about promotions, sales, deals, prices. It's never ending. Save your time & money.

Have put out the word at 2 major military post in Texas about Verizon and how they lie to our military and other customers. Who ever this Business Manager who sends responses need to be investigated for covering up lies daily. Hopefully the CEO and others in the Administration will take this serious about the lying and cheating customers out of money and refunds. Go to T Mobile or ATT, but stay away from Verizon. Please read each document below before gong to this place. With al the lies and problems, Ryan from Corporate called me, but he completely lied. Said after Verizon receives the tablet back they will refund the taxes on it. They have had it back since November 20, 2023. Still have not refunded the taxes, but with help from NC Attorney General's Office I am confident something will be done. Therefore this afternoon a letter is going to the Board of Directors at Verizon. When you have no integrity at Corporate level and at Verizon in Fayetteville, they deserve all the exposure in the media as possible in this military community and others nationwide. Read the complaints for yourself. Read and be Aware, Stay away from this place, read all attachments, don't deal with these liars. After the waiting weeks after they illegally took money out of my bank account after they were told to Stop Auto Pay, they finally but it back in my account. I had talked with an attorney and preparing for litigation and fraud against them. I also returned the Tablet and told by Corporate as soon as they get it, they will refund my money for the taxes. They did not do that yet, so I am proceeding with litigation against Verizon in Fayetteville and Corporate in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Most crooked company in this military town. They completely have been caught lying. Therefore, let them enjoy the exposure soon to come. Getting ready to send the 6th letter to CEO in Basking Ridge, NJ and will post it on here also.

Not sure what happened to this story but I think it's time for a change. It was a few months ago and we were talking to this very nice lady about a possible family plan phone upgrade. I told her that I will be back when iPhone 15 comes out since that's what my wife wanted. I stopped by last week to double check on promotions and make sure everything is in the store. I talked to this gentleman who seemed like didn't want to be there but he gave me some information and I told him I will be back over the weekend with my wife so we can choose our phones and finish this upgrade for both lines. Today we finally visited the store to finalize this upgrade and my opinion about Verizon completely changed. This lady (no name, just "Sales Rep" tag) didn't feel like being there (I am sorry that I dared to interrupt your day). The entire time she made us feel bad that she has to talk to us and help us with the upgrade. Every time we had a question she would say she didn't know or not sure. The whole time she was chewing gum (which I believe is very disrespectful) had no intentions of helping. She would rush everything without explaining what she's doing. Before finalizing our upgrade she came up with the total which was 3 times what was explained to me a few days earlier. I told her that this is a mistake and for her to double check but she replied that she knows what she is doing and this is the final price. I told her that I would rather order this online because this was way too much for us to pay. Few seconds later another Verizon rep came over and explained to her that she had left the old phones on the plan and that is why the price is so high. After that she even changed her attitude to worse since she knew that was dumb what she said. Finally we did this upgrade but I know that I will not step foot in that store anymore. Based on the previous reviews for this place nothing has changed and things only go down from here because managers don't seem to care. No customer service, bad attitude and no inventory. Why do you stay open??? I guess we will never know.

Terrible service. Extremely rude and unwilling to problem solve. Bought my sister a new phone and they wouldn’t let her pick it up even after we called Verizon and changed her to an authorized person. Kept refusing despite my husband and I both talking to them and making all the necessary changes to ensure she was able to pick it up because we live out of state. Will never use this store again.

This review is for Verizon in general not a specific store. If you can, find someone better. Verizon likes to go up on your bill then their reps like to lead you around with lies of how they are going to lower it. Then the following month your bill is even higher. My mom who is in charge of our account has called 3 times now, receiving promises of a lower bill and credits. Each time it has been a lie and her bill has increased. Stay away from Verizon. They're money hungry liars.

Very rude not polite at all. No name tag to tell her name. Did not want to help us. Needs customer training or fine another job. She's short has glasses busy curly hair. Needs a attitude adjustment. Want be back for any reason.

This morning, I went to the Verizon store on 1956 Skibo, Fayetteville, NC to get assistance connecting my phone to my car (Lexus RX350). A very nice young man, Andrew greeted me, assisted me, and fixed my request in sound order. As a Verizon customer for almost 30 years, I am so glad that Verizon still has such excellent employees. Thanks, Andrew!

If I can give to this place -100 stars I will...I bought a$700 and a $1200 phone and I came looking for help to download something on my phone and what did they said was..."YES, WE CAN HELP YOU BUT WE WILL CHARGE YOU $30!!!!" I ask to talk with the manager and she was VERY UNPLEASANT AS WELL! WHAT A BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOW I AM PAYIN ALMOST $250 MONTHLY AND NO SERVICE OR HELP AT ALL! WHAT A FIASCO OF A COMPANY!
