Don’t answer the phone to refill prescription. Sat on hold for 30 mins and call dropped. Call two other times and the same happened.

Went here to pick up my called in prescriptions after testing positive for Covid and the flu. The pharmacy told me it wasn't ready and to come back in 25 minutes, came back an hour later to be told they only have 1 out of the 3 scripts I needed but refused to give it to me the one and sent me to another pharmacy....I had a 104 fever and blurred vision but yet they refused to give me my medication? Told me they sent the scripts to another location...they didn't. Spent over 4 hours attempting to resolve the issue, with no resolution. Do not use this location!

I have had many issues but when it came to my important medicines there was always something wrong with filling the prescriptions. To add onto everything I literally sat on the phone for two hours just for them to hang up.

If you are filling or picking up a prescription add 1+ hour to your day. You will be waiting a while. Also, every time I've been in there I over hear people with appointments waiting 30 minutes to an hour past their appointment time. So keep that in mind and don't go if your crunched for time

October 12, 2021 the Pharmacy technician was very rude as I was picking up my order. When I got to the window I gave her all the information needed to pick up my prescription. She then informed me that there was a co-pay and I replied that I've never paid a co-pay for my prescription before and I was asking her why would I pay. She then told me the name of the prescription and I told her that I've had this problem every time I picked up my prescription and that it was the incorrect prescription she then stared at me with no response and I replied that the prescription that I have is no co-pay it is not a generic version it is a branded version and that they usually would have to order it. She then stared at me for about two more minutes and then said OK rudely. After sitting there for about five minutes she said OK well will get it ordered very rudely. I said OK thank you and drove off. I then called the office on October 19, 2021 and asked about my prescription in seeing if it was ready for pick up the technician informed me that I did not have a prescription and that I would have to call my doctor to write a new prescription I told her about the problem I have with the previous technician and she apologized but told me that they wouldn't be able to have my prescription ready until October 21, 2021. I informed her that it was now messing with my hormones and my body for them not to have my prescription ready at the correct time because I have it on auto refill and she said well the only thing we can do now is get in touch with your doctor to write a new prescription so we can get that ordered and ready for you. I definitely understand but I don't understand why every time I come it's not the correct prescription it should be in previous prescription history the correct prescription that I have but they can NEVER seem to get it correct

Do not use the pharmacy here. It took an entire week to get my prescription filled during which time I was lied to multiple times. The pharmacist seemed to have some kind of problem with me that his manger wasn't aware of. They refused to contact my doctors office to confirm the prescription and as a result I ran out of my meds which is dangerous. I have a suspicion that something was off with my prescription and would suggest they do an internal review of their meds. Stay away from here.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when I wasn't. I have pain issues that manifest as impatience and anger if I'm not careful. I actually called back to apologize and the young lady I was so rude to couldn't have been more gracious. The pharmacist, Megan, is an absolute gem. She always remembers me, even over the phone, and goes above and beyond to help me when I need it. She got notified that a particular medication had gone generic when she was off duty and remembered that I was waiting for it. She made a note to let me know about it when I next came in. I'm blown away that she thought of my well being when she was off duty.

Reading some of these other reviews I'm a little taken back. I've gotten a script filled here before and everything was fine. Clearly some of these other people don't understand how this business works. Everyone was very nice and helpful here I waited in line less than 5 mins. Staff was being socially acceptable for the times . I appreciate it .

I needed some typical things that travelers need, and decided to stop at this Walgreen's which is quite near our hotel. The store was not very busy. A staff person greeted me, and expertly answered my questions as to where to locate the products I needed. Walking the aisles, I found the store to be very well organized, neat and clean. The manager should be proud. In other words, a successful shopping foray.

Always nice friendly staff. Clean and stocked well. Employees helpful. Pharmacy is quick and helpful also.
